The room is really small. I would say it is only suitable for one person. It is as small as you can't open your suitcase throughout the whole time in the room. You need to climb up to the bed. It does not feel that private. The window is on the door with a manual blind. And it is next to a see-through toilet. No chair is provided as there is not enough space to get a chair. You need to ask a hair dryer from the reception. Reception is available most of the time at night. Snacks and drinks are available as well. The location is tricky. The hotel is in the terminal, but there is only a lift to let you access the hotel. So, you need to go down a level from the terminal by that specific lift. Clean in general, the shower and toilet are not separate but it is a bit of distance between them.
Great manor-style hotel with large and comfortable rooms. The restaurant and bar taste good. The staff are friendly and enthusiastic. The parking is convenient and free. Originally, it was a noble manor, with a large private territory and beautiful surroundings.
Clean, quiet and great sized room. A little expensive for what it is but all the Gatwick hotels seemed overpriced. Walkable to the South terminal (around 10 mins) but not easy to find the best walking route from the terminal car park when dark - some signs at the car park building may be helpful. Bar closes a little early too.

All communications clear and easy to follow.
Perfect location to access Gatwick airport.
The room was spotlessly clean with good quality towels and sheets.
An excellent find which we roll certainly use again !
The room is spacious and clean. The only point I needed the reception is to get the staff to replenish the tissues in the tissues box. Maybe cleaning staff did not do a good job.
Location is great as it is connected directly to the department and arrival terminals with 10 minutes of walking.
Highly recommended for those travelling out of Gatwick Airport in the morning as we took two hours and fifteen minutes from Paddington London. Traffic jam was massive.
Near the Gatwick Northern Terminal ,where the free shuttle train can take passengers to Southern Terminals. Big room size, very comfortable beds, we really enjoyed our stay, dinner and breakfast sets seem attractive
Everything is great except for the wifi. The slowest among all the 15 different hotels I stayed during my europe trip this time. Location is great. Spaciouse and clean.
Picked this hotel as it is very close to Gatwick North Terminal, only 2 minute walk away.
I checked in and was first assigned a room, I walk in and it had not been cleaned at all, towels on the floor, bed not made and bottles opened on the table. I went back to reception and they were very nice and apologetic, they kindly told me that they have upgraded my room and apologised for the inconvenience. The new room which I was assigned looked very much like the room I had paid for, not sure what the upgrade was, but at least it was clean this time.
In terms of the price, it’s very expensive but what the hotel lacks in cleanliness, it makes up for in location. I’ll probably save my money next time and stay at the Premier Inn across the road.
Perfect location for north terminal as inside it, but this means there will be noise disturbance. Our hotel overlooked the terminal next to the shuttle train, which you can hear. The room is fine for 1 night stay, unfortunately the hotel had and issue eith jotvwater do had s cold shower, would hsve been helpful them to out a sign at reception and maybe in the lift to warn and apologise ad there were a number of unhappy guests, but I accept this was out if their control and that were doing their best to fix ASAP.
We had breakfast included but only continental as hot breakfast not served until 7am and we had to check in to our flight at 6.30am, but what we had was OK, but wouldn't have paid extra for it.
Overall, it was a good convenient hotel for an early flight and would stay again.
Getting to the hotel
After some inconspicuous sign-posting and a short chat with a driver of a different hotel shuttle bus, I was able to make my way to the hotel from Gatwick. It was a short ride, and the shuttle takes card, so there's no need to try and scramble change together.
The hotel
The hotel is clean, the staff are friendly and the restaurant has decent meals. The room itself was nice and clean, and I got a great night sleep before my next flight.
Getting to the airport
The shuttle arrives right outside the hotel, and there are timetables at reception. The shuttle is available early to late and was on time.
The average price for hotels in Gatwick is AED 737 on weekdays, and AED 753 on weekends (Friday-Saturday).
