Wonderful trip, this hotel is in an industrial park. I dare not go out except for a chartered car, but it is very close to the exhibition hall. The first day we checked in showed that the hotel had successfully deducted the charge. When we arrived at the front desk, we said that we didn't receive this and paid again. We decided on a twin room, and it turned out that we upgraded the king bed. What do you think, a large bed, which is not particularly large, and then asked to change to an ordinary double bed. They didn't understand until we left at noon, always saying that the first pen was not received. We stayed for three days. During this period, we also contacted Ctrip. We called ICBC and looked for customer service. Their hotel said that they would let us go to ICBC. A phone call, three days later, toss us! Then Ctrip customer service does nothing, it is really terrible! If we do n’t receive the money, either we pay an extra $ 800 or $ 900, or we miss the plane! No one is responsible!
