Extremely clean, excellent condition. We had a suite room with 2 queen beds and a small sitting area. Pretty standard hotel breakfast. Nice lobby seating area with a fireplace. Our side of the hotel faced away from the highway- it could be beneficial to request this for noise sake. We were very comfortable and the price was great. We were very pleased and the condition of the hotel was one of the best out of all the hotels we’ve ever stayed at.

The beds were very comfortable. Room was well equipped with a fridge and microwave, as well as coffee. Room was clean, with extra pillows as requested. Free breakfast was great, with variety for different tastes. Bathroom clean, and shower worked excellent.

It has been a few years since we stayed at this Fairfield. Unlike other hotels we’ve stayed at in the past year, this Fairfield has maintained an outstanding level of service and maintenance. We checked in overnight and we were promptly greeted and given our room keys as though it were the middle of the day. I forgot that I had special requests on my Marriott profile, since they are usually ignored. When we arrived in our room, literally every request had been diligently fulfilled. The room itself and all common areas are impeccably clean and well-maintained. The kind woman working breakfast service went out of her way to be helpful and ensure there was always hot coffee. Another team member in the pool area greeted us and told us all about the salt water pool. The pool was fully stocked with towels and also impeccably clean. The pride in service is so clear at this hotel and we will definitely stay here again the next time we are passing through.

Clean hotel - paid $99 for the night and it was a perfect price with zero issues and they were sold out due to Fall colors. This will be my go to hotel in Gaylord in the Fall! My parents tried Baymont and they could not stay, it smelled so bad. I highly recommend Best Western Gaylord!

This is a typical Tru hotel. We have stayed in quite a few now and we always like the rooms and enjoy that there's a pool table and plenty of space in the lobby to hang out after whatever adventures we had that day. Our room was clean. The bed was comfy, which we have found is common with Tru hotels. Some reviews mention road noise from the expressway (we were on the side of the hotel facing the expressway) but I didn't find it to be horrible at all. We did not have breakfast although it looked good when we were down there. This is a great location and a nice hotel.

We *loved* this hotel. We don't get to say that a lot lately. The room, (with the exception of the bathroom floor needing to be mopped and was an easy DIY fix), was one of the cleanest hotel rooms we have seen in a long while. We really appreciated that! The front desk staff were so nice and helpful. We were upgraded, (thank you so much!), and recognized for our status which is always appreciated. There is Diamond parking out front, too, which is something not all IHG properties do anymore. The breakfast was well-stocked which is good because the hotel was busy. Overall, a good experience.
