This is the worst hotel I ever visited. I call room service and say there is no hot water in our room. They say open the fauset and wait half hour to get a hot water. This is unacceptable really bad. Hotel must support hot water 24 hour.They didn't deserve four star.

Nice but... Few years ago hotel was pretty nice refreshment after old place where I spent most of my time while I was on business trip to Macedonia. But now the owner is changed, spa and sky bar not working. Most of these 5 stars now are gone. Sad to see that

I travel a lot around the world (especially in Europe) and I don't know how, but it sure isn't like a 4-star hotel! There would be no problem with the bedroom, only the walls are very thin.. Only the lunch is like a 4* lunch..almost...but the breakfast and dinner are barely edible and not varied, and the service is very slow and even they scold you if you ask where your coffee is after 30 minutes of waiting.. After 8 days, my rating seemed to be 3 stars, but on the last night the waiters was "stole my money", I had to pay 10 instead of 5 items and all four of them lied to save each other. The security cameras would have proved my right, but they refused to look it. They dragged out the time until I had to pay because it looked I had already missed my flight. The service is a disaster! I survived that week, but I absolutely do not recommend it to anyone.

I have been at hotel Russia three times. This is a good hotel. Service is good. But last time I've been there, I tried to call reception from room phone about almost thirty times, and it did not work. So I went to reception to talk to receptionist for what I nedeed, and at the end when I told about the room phone, he did not care at all, but he was trying to find a non sense reason. So I recommand to the hotel staff to be more responsible with clients.

This was a second time that I was guest of this hotel. I spent there 4 days and firstly I have to give a big shout out to the hotel staff which was fantastic. From the reception to the bar and restaurant. To the five stars this hotel need only better and fresher breakfast, and bedroom cleaners can be little better. But in general, I will come again.

A água do chuveiro não sai muito quente, apenas morna. O local onde se toma o pequeno-almoço está sempre com cheiro a tabaco e o pequeno-almoço almoço é muito fraco. O staff é muito pouco simpático e nada hospitaleiro. A limpeza dos quartos é pouco satisfatória. Os quartos ficam com luz do dia muito cedo porque as cortinas não tapam a claridade . A comida do restaurante é boa.

Kuzey Makedonya'nın başkenti Üsküp'te Vardar Nehri'nin kenarında bir otel. Otelde odalar temiz yemek salonu istemeyince bir şey getirmiyorlar. Açık büfe deniyor. Su yok. Demezsen getirip koymuyorlar. Söyleyince her şeyi yapıyorlar. Biraz daha ciddi olabilir.
