Geçen Ramazan bayramında GAP turu kapsamında kaldığımız 5 otelden yıldız olarak en fazla,hizmet olarak en vasat oteldi.Bina olarak yeri çok güzeldi.Akşam yemeği en üst katta çok güzel manzarası olan,yemekleri gayet güzeldi.Oda dekarasyonu fena değil ama odalar ve banyosu gayet küçük ve temizlik olarak 0rtalama idi.Ama kahvaltısı berbat,kahvaltı salonu alt katta acayip küçük ve havasız bir yerdi.çeşitleri ve miktarı az ve en önemlisi çay yoktu.Koca kazanları koymuşlar daha,suyu kaynamadı diye demleyemedik dediler ki,bizim kahvaltıya ineceğimiz saat akşamdan belli idi.Otel müdürü olan şahısa şikayet edince de ;siz bizim değerli misafirimizsiniz kusura bakmayın lütfen paket meyve suyu için dedi..Bende ,biz sizin misafiriniz değiliz ki bulduğumuzu yiyelim,Biz müşteriyiz,para veriyoruz ve karşılığnı isteriz deyince hemen oradan kaçtı...Bir sürü otel varken bir daha oraya gitmem asla...

Şu ana kadar kaldığım en kötü hotel.4 yıldızı haketmiyor. Resepsiyon çalışanları misafirlere karşı çok kaba.odada mini buzluk yoktu. Oda soğuk örtü yetersizdir. Yedek örtü yoktu.Çok üşüdük. Bir gece diye idare etmeye çalıştık.Sabah Resepsiyon çalışanına bu durumu anlattığımda neden talep etmediniz dedi. Yani 4 yıldızlı otelde bir misafir için hazırlanmış odada bunları talep mi etmemiz gerekir. Bir de sanki var da yalan söylüyormuşuz gibi tepkili bir şekilde davranıldı. Çok kaba ve saygısız.

İş için gittim ve 2 gün konakladım. Resepsiyona koyulan stajyerler çok ilgisiz ve alakasız. Otel konum olarak merkezi bir yerde ama gece yoldan geçen araç sesi sizi uyandırabilir. Temizlik olarak temiz fakat odalarda sigara içildiği için ferah bir odaya giremiyorsunuz maalesef ki. Duvarlar çok ince tüm odalardaki tv sesleri geliyor. Kahvaltısı çok çeşitli ama kalite olarak çok lezzetli değil.

Açıkçası yorumlara bakınca tereddüt etmiştim ama tereddütsuz gidebileceğiniz bir yer. Bu yorumlar neye istinaden yapılmış anlayamadım dogrusu. Özellikle gezi için gidiyorsanız Gaziantep in konum olarak en güzel oteli.ayrica çevredeki tek temiz 4 yıldızlı aile oteli diyebilirim.antep in bütün tarihi yerlerini yürüyerek gezdik.restoranti kale manzaralı ve aşçısı inanılmaz lezzetli yemekler yapıyor.odalara gelince ***et temiz ve geniş odaları var.personeli güler yüzlü ve çözüm odaklı çalışıyorlar.
