"Stylish hotel, very nice rooms. Pool is great and the seating areas outside. One downside is gym is very small. But the biggest issue is the rooms are not very sound proof, constantly being woken up and disturbed by movement upstairs. Hearing people shower and toilet flush next door."

"Small room for a superior type. Located upstairs and need to climb stairs. Luckily they help us carry some baggages to the room. It's only 5 minutes walk to busy Malioboro street. The morning breakfast was nice and simple."

"The hotel location is walking distance from malioboro and easy to access to other places in yogya. Room was decent but the internet needs to be upgraded. (Less than 1mbps ) it is ok for the price you pay. Breakfast also was decent
But the staff was very helpful. I left my stuffs in the room and the staff look for me in social media to inform the items that i left and helped me to arrange the delivery to jakarta."

"This hotel is just a stone throw away from the train station. If you are a light sleeper, may not be suitable as you will hear train passing by on/off. The sound proofing of the room is not good. From the exterior, the hotel looks well maintained; the interior actually quite dated. You can hear next door neighbour hanging clothes and doors closing and opening.
The room is comfortable and clean (as they are not using carpet). The cleanliness in the toilet needs to be improved. Found some ants at the sink but can't find where ants came from. The downside of the shower area is that there is no shower curtain; therefore the floor can be quite wet after shower.
The breakfast spread is quite good, with lots of local food.
Staff are very polite and welcoming 👍"

AAnonymous UserNice pod concept, although the location is sort of creepy despite being right across a train station. The hostel is 100% safe thanks to the unique QR code an app system you have to use to open the main door and the pods, but the place itself is situated in a dilapidated building, with trash on the stairs. Right outside there's some street food vendors, but once again, they give you a creepy vive alongside all the people loitering there. FamilyMart and Lawson and a local convenience store are downstairs. The hostel itself is clean and the staff are nice, so much so I staid at their sister hotel in Jogjakarta, which is identical in every way. Good english. Breakfast is sort of mediocre but free (cereal with milk manually prepackaged on a cardboard box), but you can't purchase their frozen meals unless you have an Indonesian mobile app (no cash). Far from everything, but that's Jakarta for you, a city you should skip unless you have business to conduct.

It's just that, because we chose a standard room type... the location of our room was not good (squeezed) and there were lots of ants in the room
so when we put food on the table, small ants (like pudak ants) always come to us.

WWongThere are so many things I love about the hotel. I can't wait to drop my genuine feedback here upon checking out from the hotel.
1. We feel welcomed as their guests. Each and every staff is well trained. They are attentive and greet you at every corner of the hotel.
2. I love the scent of lemongrass once entering the lobby. A welcome drink is placed at the lobby. Feel free to drink as many glasses as you want after the heat along the Malioboro street.
3. Clean room with satellite TV programme.
4. Bottles of hand sanitiser are placed in and outside tge lifts.
5. Amazing breakfast spread. The staff who handle food are on facemask at all time.
7. Javanese music and gamelan accompany us while having our breakfast.
8. Many sofa chairs/armchairs at the lobby. This is indeed very thoughtful especially for the elder people and guests from big tour groups who need time to check-in. I spent an hour sitting on the sofa to do my work. No distractions at all. You can choose to sit near to the main entrance, lounge or coffee house.
9. Plenty of wall plugs/electrical sockets. I charged my phone before leaving the hotel at 3pm to airport.

MMixPlorerI just love everything about this hostel — the people in charge, the property itself and the location. I couldn’t really ask for more. I cannot express how genuinely happy I was to have met such friendly staff in this hostel. They were like family. They were so friendly, helpful and funny. They can speak basic/conversational English.This hostel is really clean. Towels and basic toiletries are also provided. I love that they have electronic lockers in each room and more storage cabinets in the bunkbeds. Everything you need is just a few minutes on foot. There are many street foods and restaurants right at the doorstep of the hostel. The hostel is also easy to find. They also have a laundry service for a small fee. If you are health or fitness conscious then you can take advantage of their calisthenics facilities on the rooftop overlooking the city of Yogyakarta.

GGuest UserI stayed here for two nights on a trip with a friend. This was the fifth hotel we stayed at during our trip to Indonesia, and it was the first time I felt that I was treated roughly by the hotel staff. I didn't really care about that, but the problems with the facilities and equipment kept coming up, and the slowness of the staff's response to them made me feel that this hotel had a lot to improve.
For example, when I entered the room and tried to turn on the air conditioner, it didn't work (it eventually did), the drainage in the bathroom was very poor, and after a few minutes it stopped draining completely, they tried to fix the drainage but they couldn't fix it, and even if it was fixed, it was difficult to drain again a few hours later, on the other hand, the water pressure in the bathroom was weak and not enough water came out, and there was only a little toilet paper left when I first entered the room. The fact that there was a large area of yellow on the toilet seat also needs to be improved.

KKentriseOverall not bad, location is good, from internation airport take train to here so cheap & convenient, hotel is just opposite the train station, easy to reach here..malioboro is just near by, walk 5-10min will be reach there.
we take the room with window is face to the train station, too bad is Soundproofing is not very good. So far room is clean and big,but the water in the toilet is very small, it takes a long time to shower, and the water flow is not very good, causing the wooden door to swell.
last thing is we still haven't checked out, the room card can't be used, every time come back must go down to lobby to get it, which is very troublesome.Hope can inproved of it.
The girl in Front desk is very helpful and nicely,smile is good, feel very kind with her.

AAnonymous UserPlease note that there is no hair dryer provided. Amenities are quite worn out especially the towels. But overall its is ok as a guest house. If possible, try to leave a note to tell them that you don't want a room on the ground floor. It is absolutely noisy and you will hear plates clanging even in the middle of the night. TV has many channels so it is ok. Staff are nice but no early check in. They will help to store your luggage.

Clean and omfort bedroom eventhough shared room.AC cool, living room is clean but unfortunately the share bathroom and toilet is dirty and many whack rust and whack yellow and drainage bathroom looks slick and disgusting . Water sprayed is too small and mostly shower are broken
