Originally booked my annual holiday for 10 days with 3 children (one of whom is mentally and physically disabled) and one adult and today after 5 days and daily power outages, the resulting air conditioning failure for several hours at around 40 degrees, only the possibility of cooling 3 bottles of water in the fridge in the kitchen (as a goodwill gesture according to the manager Ms. A.K.S.), constant scalding in the shower because the taps could be set to either very cold or very hot, a manager who, instead of being solution-oriented, constantly blames the problem on others and today completely ignored us during the preparations for an early departure, even though she walked past us several times and saw us carrying suitcases into the car and couldn't have been distracted in any other way because only 2 rooms were occupied apart from us and has now reported to ******* that there was only a 2-day power outage :))) Even if it had only been 2 days: where is the gesture of apology from the hotel? I didn't expect to be served completely free of charge, but rather to be apologized for the situation in some form. But no, she made me feel as if I was responsible for the constant outages while I was turning on the air conditioning! Another Polish family of 5 left the hotel yesterday after these problems, arguing loudly. The employee H. was apparently so upset that he fainted. The main thing is that Mrs. A.K.S. has the fan running over the breakfast table with her family; she doesn't care that the guests around her are sweltering in the heat. I have rarely seen so much arrogance and greed... By giving this rating I am taking the risk of losing €750 over ******* because Mrs. Königin is insulted by my departure and that I did not respond to her any further and now she is not giving her consent for a free change at *******, but whatever. She forgets that I am a customer and therefore expect a little more for my €148/day for two rooms and advance payment than the above-mentioned problems and the same breakfast every day, which is spoiled by the heat. I wonder what would have happened if all the rooms were occupied and the electricity and water consumption had been higher? You can be glad that in the 5 days you stayed there, a maximum of 3 other rooms were occupied :))) Her arrogance probably stems from her previous work for the Antalya city municipality, where she worked as a press officer. But I am not a subject and expect the service of a hotel for my money, which is completely wrongly rated (probably by friends & acquaintances etc.). The list is long and I couldn't eat as much as I wanted to vomit... I advise families in particular to avoid this Hotel Transylvania, where it is not a given that hotel rooms in Antalya have refrigerators as standard.
