Прекрасно все! Локация,качественный ремонт,приветливый персонал,сытные кубанские завтраки! Номера снабжены всем необходимым,есть вкусный крымский чай,эл чайник,2 бутылки воды. Ванной шампунь,гель для душа,мыла,шапочки,зубныещетки и зубная паста. В номерах очень чисто. Отель в самом центре,но в нем очень тихо. Из нашего окна видны горы и геленджикские сосенки. Отдыхаем третий раз и с уверенностью говорю что приедем еще! Спасибо владельцам и всему персоналу за качественный сервис! Процветания и побольше благодарных постояльцев!

Мы остались очень довольны нашим пребыванием в отеле Лермонт. Всё было на высшем уровне: дружелюбный и внимательный персонал, чистота и уют в номерах, а также комфортная обстановка, которая создала приятную атмосферу для отдыха. Набережная и море очень близко. Обязательно вернёмся сюда снова!

Работник ресепшен Марина низко квалифицированный персонал! Испортила отдых! Мне нахамила проживающая, она ее поддержала, аргументируя выдуманным правилом. Правило закрепления место парковки за постоянным клиентом , я не нашла в правилах проживания отеля. Продолжение после проживания. Администратор Марина испортила отдых, мало того , что разговаривала не подобающе , так еще и сплетничала за моей спиной с моей оппоненткой! И получилось , что они (Марина и девушка с которой был конфликт) в двоем , на перебой хотели доказать что-то! Профи такие скандалы не устраивают, а умеет гасить! Отправьте Марину на обучение! По отелю. Сильная слышимость в номерах, завтраки на 3. Зачем столько бутербродов делать? Они все заветренные. Хотя мы приходили первыми. Нет латте, если добавлять молоко, кофе холодный. На завтрак в один из дней омлет мне попался кусок пересоленный , хотя у мужа и дочери был нормально посоленные порции. Взяла с другого места новый кусок, он был нормальный! Печенье курабье есть не возможно. Засохший джем очень сильно прилипает к зубам! Такое впечатление , что печенье старое! Сливочное масло не качественное. Похоже на спред. Во рту не тает.Не знаю кто вам пишет хвалебные отзывы.
