Booking process cancelled because the hotel was overbooked for our period. Customer satisfaction is not the focus here, but Mr. G. in all his glory. Incredibly arrogant behavior from the owner, inadequate reaction - that has nothing to do with hospitality. Our conclusion Hotrl Cityroom - No thanks

This was definitely not the last time we stayed at this hotel. Great location. We received a very friendly welcome and were given tips about where to eat breakfast. The rooms are modern and clean. Thank you for the great stay and see you next time.

Ich war eine Woche lang im Hotel. Herr Mutlu vom Hotel Cityroom hat uns eine Menge Probleme bereitet. Als ich das Hotel verlassen habe, hat er mich um Abendessen und Frühstück gefragt. Das Hotel hat diesen Service nicht anbietet. Als ich mit dem Projektteam in dem Restaurant zu Abend gegessen habe, in dem auch unser Projektteam zu Abend gegessen hat, hat er versucht, die Bezahlung von mir zu nehmen. Zum Schluss sagte er, wenn du nicht bezahlst, werde ich die Polizei rufen. Ich musste zahlen, sonst würde ich das Flugzeug nicht mehr erreichen, wenn die Polizei kommt. Er hat mir eine Quittung gegeben, von der ich ein Foto schicke. Während meines Aufenthalts wurde das Zimmer nicht gereinigt, Handtuchwechsel wurde 1 Mal durchgeführt. Der Wechsel der Bettwäsche und des Bettbezugs wurde nie erledigt. Die Haupttür des Hotels war nur 2 Mal während unseres Aufenthaltes geöffnet, wir konnten nicht einmal einen Gesprächspartner finden. Das ist die schlimmste Hotelerfahrung, die ich je gemacht habe!!
