We had a very bad expreience. The place and hotel are very nice, cant say the same about the staff. 1) they charged more money that they were suppose to 2) the bartender called police on us because we were quietly playing cards at the lobby after midnight, because he asked us to go to sleep 😅😅 the police came And found out there was nothing wrong with us And left 3) the sauna is open only in the afternoon so you cant use it in the evening And i can continue like that. Our group has spent 50 000 euros, we would expect to be treated with at least some dignity. Never again.

We have just arrived home to Italy after a lovely time spent at the Dolomiten Sporthotel in Sillian. We were greeted at our arrival with a warm and friendly welcome, accompanied by a welcome drink both for us adults and my child. The hotel is very clean and our room was furnished with a modern touch. The pool area also very clean and a perfect size for a family with small children. Considerable amounts of sun beds are available. The food was excellent, both breakfast and dinner, varying from buffet to main courses with great choices also for the children, the ice cream was delicious! The staff (a special thankyou to Suzana and Mario) were attentive to our needs (in my case nut allergy) and made us feel at home, even when we requested to be moved to a quieter table after the arrival of a very loud group, our request was promptly fulfilled. The play area for children is well organised and managed by a very kind, patient and efficient trained staff. We noticed at various moments of our holiday (especially in the dining area and in the children’s play room) an embarrassing behaviour from part of the other guests and their children that were though very professionally dealt with by the staff. Our compliments to the hotel for their dedication and professional management, we will surely come back in a quieter period of the year.

Inizio dai contro al fine che la direzione possa migliorare: -da un 4 stelle superior ci si aspetta un bollitore in camera -non si può tenere chiuso il baby club al sabato essendo un hotel dedicato alle famiglie -belle le docce grandi ma inadeguato il soffione A parte questi punti ci ritornerei molto volentieri; stanze belle e pulite, bella la piscina e lo scivolo al coperto per la gioia dei bambini, bello anche il centro benessere e ottima la posizione per visitare i luoghi di interesse in zona. Colazione abbondante e ottimo cibo. Personale ineccepibile al ristorante un po’ più informale quello della reception.

Soggiornato la seconda settimana di Ferragosto e posso garantire che la struttura è moderna e offre tutti i servizi per una famiglia con bambini sopra i 4 anni: dalla piscina interna (sia per neonati che bambini e uno scivolo stile parco acquatico (mio figlio di 4 anni ne usufruiva). Anche la piscina esterna, di dimensioni più ridotte ma comunque abitabile nonostante il pieno dell' hotel. Nel retro un laghetto naturale dove possibile fare qualche tuffo. Mini club presente e spazioso, sala giochi con qualche intrattenimento (biliardo, airhockey, tavole interattive,TV), qualche gioco da giardino dietro l' ampio parcheggio. Posizione ottimale per la pista ciclabile con noleggio bike e impianti di risalita a pochi metri (pista ciclabile che collega Linz a San Candido fiancheggiata dalla ferrovia). La struttura offre ampi spazi, anche la cucina è molto grande e adatta per chi ha dei bambini (non la classica sala con il solo rumore delle posate per intenderci). Cibo a buffet con ampia scelta ma non aspettatevi in ristorante a la carte però si mangia il giusto. Per la comodità e la felicità dei bambini consiglio ovviamente questa struttura.

Abbiamo soggiornato 6 notti con la famiglia. L'hotel è molto bello e pulito, situato appena oltre il confine in una posizione strategica per visitare i diversi luoghi di interesse.Bellissime le piscine e la spa riservata agli adulti. Unico difetto dell'area piscine le postazioni idromassaggio temporizzate che si accendono troppo raramente tanto da rendere difficile usufruire dell'idromassaggio. Purtroppo per essere un 4s ci aspettavamo di meglio. La cucina non è assolutamente all'altezza, fanno ampio uso della formula a buffet e il cibo è dozzinale, la merenda offerta nel pomeriggio inadeguata.

L'hotel è molto accogliente, comodo per posizione; abbiamo visitato a pochi km e senza difficoltà san candido, baranci, lago di Braies, mondo bimbi Valdaora e il parco ad assling. È ben servito da supermercato, pista ciclabile a due passi, parco giochi, ecc... letti comodi, stanza spaziosa e pulita. Il personale davvero gentile, dall'accoglienza al ristorante. Al mini club Jasmine è stata molto dolce con i nostri bambini. Grande attenzione per loro, colori ai tavoli durante la cena, ci hanno regalato anche un libro. La spa rilassante e piscina con scivolo divertente anche per adulti. Colazione e cena abbondanti a buffet con secondi serviti. Salumi e formaggi e carne ottima. Ci hanno coccolato regalandoci un drink di benvenuto e un barattolo di marmellata alla partenza. Lo consiglio

Ein tolles Hotel in dem alles super ist: Der Service stets freundlich; Sonderwünsche nie ein Problem; alles akurat sauber; auf viele liebevolle Details geachtet; und obwohl Familienhotel außerhalb des Pools nie laut und aufdringlich Besonders toll ist auch die Küche: Das Frühstück bietet alles was das Herz begehrt; der Nachmittagssnack ist voll ausreichend; das Abendessen bringt das Auge zum Leuchten. Sehr große Auswahl, schmeckt super und Sonderwünsche wie Fisch glasig grillen, etc waren kein Problem - trotz der Menge an Gästen. Wir kamen durch Zufall an dieses Hotel und fahren gerne wieder hin - nur zum Empfehlen!!!!!!!!!!!

Wir waren im Februar dort und rundum zufrieden. Nur das Zimmer war eng und nicht zum Preisniveau passend. Das Essen immer ausgezeichnet auch die buffets waren sehr gut. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen. Die direkte Lage an der Gondel war toll.
