The hotel needs to be fully refurbished ,staff very unfriendly and rude,when confronted about an restaurant issue and asked them to speak to us in English or any other language she has walked away from me stating that we are in Austria and we need to speak German(and I am not an English person).Restaurant makes you wait for your food for over 1 hour. All in all the worst experience since we travel to Austria, avoid at all cost.

I don't like writing bad reviews, I usually look at the glass half full. The food is really bad, the room staff are unfriendly, rude, they don't make a minimum effort for some needs (at 7.45pm) I asked for bread for my children, because the pesto pasta was inedible, they told me that there is no is bread, I would not go there again. The only staff available is the reception. Congratulations to the Spanish guy.

Simple, clean hotel and friendly staff. Were guests in the partner house Tia Apart. It was also simple and clean there. Food was good, salads could have been a bit more varied, with a 10-day stay.

I stayed in the last week of July and I have to say that I was very happy. The hotel looks good and is in a great location. Hearty breakfast with sweet and savory foods but without cakes; lunch consists only of soup while for dinner there is a salad buffet and the choice between two dishes served at the table and a dessert always served. What is served is really very good even if some evenings not very abundant but we asked and got an encore without problems. In the afternoon there is a snack of sweets which I must say are all very good indeed! The rooms are not very spacious but you only have to sleep in them. The only flaw I found is the SPA: of the 5 available saunas only 2 worked and an herbal tea department would not be damaged, which unfortunately is missing. However, for what I paid I am really satisfied.

Das Hotel Tia Monte kann man nicht empfehlen.!!! Außer man möchte krank nach Hause kommen. Unter aller S.. Und turidat ist nicht Reklamationen wir haben vor Ort aus gesundheitlichen Gründen davon Abstand genommen die gebuchte Leistung in Anspruch zu nehmen. Keine Leistung erhalten kein Geld zurück und nicht daran interessiert eine Lösung zu finden. Toilette unter dem Dach keine angemessene Höhe…. ich würde sehr gerne die Bilder vom Hotel zufügen. Leere benutzte Gläser am Zimmer kippen auf dem Boden alles dreckig und klebrig schimmel im Bad Waschbecken fast abgerissen total siffig und sehr Sanierungs bedürftig Soviel zu Jahresurlaub Sehr unfreundlich bei Beschwerden Nicht zu empfehlen Datum der Erfahrung: 12. September 2024

Schöne Lage im Kaunertal,leider wird hier durchgehend am Essen gespart, was dem Urlaubsgenusss nachhaltig schmälert. Einfachste Frühstückszutaten, nur weiße Brötchen, Sirup statt Saft, nur 1 Tasse 0,2 l zur Verfügung - für Teetrinker die Hölle . Obstsalat aus der Dose, frisch nur Äpfel verfügbar. Einfache Maßnahmen wie größer Gläser, Teekannen, Obstauswahl, verschiedene Brötchen, größere Portionen beim Abendessen oder standardmäßig ein Nachschlag möglich könnten viel zum Wohlergehen beitragen. Die Abendessenauswahl ist minimal. Das ist man in Österreich einfach anders gewöhnt. Nie mehr wieder. Wir fühlten uns durchgehend abgezockt.

Ich würde nicht mal mein Feind das Hotel empfehlen so schlecht ist es. Lange warte zeit zum Abendessen teilweise bis zu 20 min warten. Kein w LAN Verbindung. Nicht erwünscht draußen zu essen. Dachte man hat all inklusive mit essen und trinken. Rührei und Spiegeleier muss man bezahlen und das nicht wenig.Telweise unfreundlichen Personal. Keine hat Ahnung man bekommt solche Antworten dafür bin ich nicht zuständig.
