The hotel is just perfect. It met all our needs - we were travelling as a touroperator with its clients - full bus of people. The rooms are so spacious, the food is delicious, the furniture is really nice. Also, the staff is really kind and helpful. We would definitely choose this hotel for our stay again. It is a good value and price ration in this nice area.

Good location, small walk from the parking to the property. The property looks quite old. We were allotted room in 1st floor, which was spacious with common terrace / balcony that provides a nice view of the mountains. The room was clean and fitted with 2 double beds, sofa, table, TV etc. Washroom wasfairly well maintained too. Hotel had small lobby with tiny lifts. Had buffet breakfast, which had moderate options. The staffs were friendly and responsive. No staff was available in the night and hence no support, if needed.

Very nice location, in fact brilliant location and the entire hotel is of wood. But it seems very dated right out of 80's or 90's. Needs renovation badly. The lift is eerie make funny noises and is very small too. Strange corridors opening no where, a door which does not open. The carpets also looked old and the balcony had cigarette butts all around. Rooms were big and cosy, food was just about ok. For people looking for Indian food its not exactly what you want. Could do with some serious renovation.

Avoid.At.All.Cost Do not go there. If you are in a tour like we were, contact the tour director to rebook. We had a terrible experience here with a total of 36 travelers, mostly youth. Rooms all smelled, were not cleaned properly and were in need of a major renovation. Visible stains, dust and cobwebs were in all areas of the building. The elevator scared people due to noises/bouncing and flickering lights. Mattresses were probably from the late 90's. Most people found hair on their sheets and in the bathroom. Lots of dust. The property should be a 1 star at most. Food was mediocre at best....I would have preferred McDonalds and I'm not a fan of fast food. Staff was overall nice, but this place is dated beyond any reasonable time and needs much improvement. Rustik would be too nice of a description. I'll end my review there, but I could go on for a while. I would have preferred to sleep on our tour bus if that was an option.

On behalf of my child who went on a ski trip she said it was the worst place to stay. No bed for 2 days as it was broken, the rooms were not cleaned the whole time they were there.only bins emptied and towels left.the bathroom never cleaned either. The food as stated by her was horrendous..they had to go to shops to get food for breakfast or try to eat away from hotel. Very disappointing but the hotel is not up to standard with service or food. I do not recommend this hotel nor do I think any ski company should recommend this or they think school kids should put up with thus.a lot of money was spent and it was a disgrace of a hotel

I just recently stayed here while I was going through Europe with my classmates for a school trip. I stayed here for only one night. I'll start with what I liked about the place: It has amazing views of the mountains, the bathrooms are clean and fancy, the mini arcade is pretty cool, and the dining area is spacious with lots of natural light. Now for the parts I didn't like: The rooms. They're extremely outdated and remind me of the Shining. They might be nice and nostalgic for someone who grew up in the 60's-80's, but as a teen who did not grow up in that time, it was very off putting to me personally. Also, I can't forget to mention the random door in the lobby my friends found that lead to an abandoned disco room, nursery, and a random wall with a bolder wedged inside it. Extremely creepy. Why that door was unlocked and nobody stopped them from going in is beyond me. My friends and I experienced basically every horror movie trope there is in this hotel, from random flickering lights to telephones going off in the middle of the night. Also there wasn't wifi in the rooms and the food was sub-par. On the bright side, this has inspired me to write a short story about this place and all the events that transpired. Very unique hotel overall. This place could be amazing if the rooms were updated to modern standards. Definitely not the worst place to stay, it wasn't dirty, the staff weren't mean, and it is leagues above most American hotels. Just a very eerie place.

The hotel itself is nice in terms of location, but the food is mediocre, and the entire hotel is in need of renovation, smelling of mold and sweat everywhere. The swimming pool, which you can see in the online photos, is closed.

This weekend I had the opportunity to visit this wonderful hotel in a fantastic location, what can I say it was a beautiful surprise, I arrived with a Hungarian group (I am Italian-Hungarian) in addition to the warm welcome of an all Hungarian staff, I found professionalism, friendliness, excellent service, good quality food, and lots of comfort, the rooms were incredible warm, spacious, very clean, ultra comfortable mattress and a breathtaking view, in short, highly recommended both for those arriving with a group of friends and family!

Sowas sucht man oft in anderen Unterkünften.
