Advent from the past. Without cheap souvenirs, noise, crowd. Pure nature. Beautiful mountain road with tematic cabbins, fireplaces to warm up, free tea. Don't miss a ride in a horse carriage. If you have opportunity to come don't miss it, it's pozitive different of any other advent market.

Beautiful accomodation with beautiful staff. Andreja welcomed us with a great smile, Elmedina answered all of our questions, Marinela, Ivan, Mateo and Uros were always in the best mood, talking with us, Adina made us heart shapped blankets, and because of all of them we felt like home.

Very great location! We stayed for three nights, as a family of 5 and it was great. Very spacious room, great view and perfect slopes for skiing. The wellness was also lovely. Very family friendly overall, staff was helpful, I would definetly recommend.

We booked 2 Deluxe rooms through Booking Com. The price does not correspond to the l room indicated. In the room without a balcony, there is no fridge or minibar, there is no kettle and no hygiene items in the bathroom. The hairdryer and the socket in the bathroom work for about 2 minutes and then turn off. There is a smell of garbage in the hallway. The fitness center has not been cleaned for a long time. The food was absolutely average. The wellness center is quite nice, but in the evening it is only open until 8 pm and dinner is also served until 8 pm. Next time we will definitely choose a different hotel.

Attention: misleading prices We were in this hotel for a week in Feburary. Upon departure we were given a correct invoice, which we paid. One day later, the hotel informed us that we would have to pay for another night (i.e., we would not be included in the offer we had been promised). Immediately, without informing us, another night was simply charged to the credit card. This hotel scores only by consumers adverse behavior. Never again.

Wir waren das erste Mal in Katschberg und freuten uns schon sehr über den Wellnessaufenthalt. Leider wurden wir aber doch sehr enttäuscht von einem 4 Sterne Hotel erwarte ich mehr und kenne ich auch deutlich andere, die diesem gerecht werden. Der Wellnessbereich war sehr klein und überschaubar. Die, auf der Internetseite beworbene Infrarotkabine war nicht auffindbar. Mehr Ruheräume wären schön. Das Abendessen war in Ordnung, aber nichts weltbewegendes. Frühstück war leider sehr enttäuschend, keine Vollkornprodukte, wenig Auswahl an süßem Gebäck. Dort hätte ich mir deutlich mehr erwartet, sehr schade. Der Service lässt auch zu wünschen übrig, wir bekamen keine Anweisung bei der Ankunft, wo was zu finden ist. Beim Frühstück wurden wir an einen gische gesetzt, der vorher schon benutzt wurde, was kein Problem ist, aber ich hätte erwartet man bringt uns neues Gedeck. Dafür ist die Wanderumgebung sehr schön. Wir werden Katschberg wieder besuchen, aber leider nicht mehr dieses Hotel.

Das Hotel wurde von Grund auf renoviert und passt sich mit seiner äußeren und internen Erscheinungsform der imposanten Bergwelt der Katschberghöhe an. Wohlfühlfaktor garantiert. Die Menüvorschläge sind kreativ, die Umsetzung sehr zufriedenstellend. Die Zimmer sehr geräumig und sauber, die Aussicht auf die umliegende Bergwelt beeindruckend. Das Personal empfiehlt sich als sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und unaufgeregt! Saunabereich klein aber fein, dazu Indoor-Becken und Freiluft- Whirlpool!

Wir kommen seit vielen Jahren in dieses Hotel und fühlen uns immer sehr wohl. Ein besonderer Dank gilt Tatjana, die sich stets perfekt um unsere Buchungen kümmert. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal – nur wenige Schritte von der Piste entfernt und die Skischule ist direkt vor der Tür. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet, das Hotel ist insgesamt sehr schön und gemütlich. Der Wellnessbereich mit Sauna, Dampfbad, Ruhebereichen und Hallenbad lässt keine Wünsche offen und besonders die Außensauna und der Whirlpool mit Blick auf die Skipisten sind ein besonderes Highlight. Das Essen ist sehr gut, mit einem umfangreichen Frühstücksbuffet und einem liebevoll angerichteten 4-Gänge-Menü am Abend. Der Service hat sich im Vergleich zum Vorjahr deutlich verbessert. Besonders Frank liegt das Wohl seiner Gäste sehr am Herzen. Wir hatten wieder eine wunderschöne Ferienwoche!
