Unfortunately, our booking for New Year’s Eve went wrong in a different hotel. So we had to do a last-minute booking. This was at the Kronen Hotel. The price was really attractive for this time of the year and virtually last minute. Elena, the boss, checked several rooms to be suitable for us with a baby boy of 2 1/2 years. There was a baby bed, and for winter adventure, we could borrow a sledge from the hotel. The rooms were clean, nice heating inside the rooms and beautiful view to the center of Seefeld It’s true, this hotel probably has seen its best days years ago but the employees try their best to make your stay worthwhile. For this price you have to understand and accept that there are some savings like reduced heating in the hall and minor technical shortcomings. But for a place only 600 m from the center with such friendly stuff and at less than half the price of other hotels in this region, we really enjoyed it!

Everything is scarce. Sold as a 4 star but stars don't exist. Old and dilapidated rooms. Terrible breakfast. Virtually non-existent. Terrible coffee. Cured meats that not even the dog eats.... Non-existent service. Keys at reception available to everyone and without control. All very poor not to mention the cleanliness. NEVER SOMETHING LIKE THIS AGAIN.

In diesem Hotel spricht das Personal nur Russisch und das Essen ist so schlecht das ein Lehrer eine Lebensmittelvergiftung bekam ! Die Zimmer sind aus 400 vor Christus und kapput ! Hausmeister weigert sich eine Lampe zu reparieren und das Personal beschuldigte uns das wir den Schlüssel verloren haben aber am Ende kam raus das es ihre schuld war ! Die Betten sind sehr unbequem und schmutzig ! Das BD im Badezimmer ist mit einer Mülltüte überstülpt damit man dort sein Geschäft nicht verrichtet ! Das Wasser wird nur ab und zu warm und Steckdosen sind meist kapput !

An sich sieht das Hotel ganz gut aus,aber das Essen ist immer das selbe,außer das Abendessen.Das Abendessen ist auch nicht lecker gewesen oder es war zu wenig da.Manchmal hatte man übelkeit oder sogar Durchfall bekommen.Ein Freund von mir hat sich übergeben und es ging ihn sehr schlecht. Als ich wiederkam würde ich für 4tage krank.

Also ich war mit meiner klasse zum Ski fahren in diesem Hotel. Die zustände sind unterirdisch abgesehen dass die Putzfrauen nicht wissen wie man einen Wischer benutzt ist der Service eine Katastrophe. Ich rüde es jedem empfehlen ein Zelt, Feuerholz, und ein Feuerzeug dort ist man besser aufgehoben als in jedem Zimmer. Ich glaube seit der Eröffnung des ,,Hotels‘‘ wurde nix mehr an der Einrichtung des Zimmers gemacht. Ich denke das Hotel wird bald als Einsturz gefährdet eingestuft.

Das Hotel ist ein völlig in die Jahre gekommenes Geisterhotel, oder eher gesagt eine Absteige - Hotel ist eine völlige Überbewertung. Die Zimmer sind heruntergekommen, die Bäder sind dreckig und verschimmelt. Die Betten total unbequem. Ich kann jeder vorigen mangelhaft bewerteten Bewertung absolut recht geben. Hinzukommt die katastrophale Führung des Hotels. Die Kommunikation ist schrecklich und es ist unfassbar unorganisiert. Es läuft alles über irgendwelche Schmierzettel und WhatsApp. Die "Rezeption", die keine ist, ist quasi nie besetzt und wenn man anruft und "einchecken" will, bekommt man gesagt, dass alles total stressig ist aktuell. Die Zimmerschlüssel zu erhalten war schon der erste Kampf. Es ist nicht weiterzuempfehlen und ich rate jedem ab dort hinzugehen. Ich frage mich, ob hier überhaupt alles mit rechten Dingen zugeht...

Es war eine Klassenfahrt, sehr alter Allgemeinzustand, unzumutbare hygienische Zustände, beim einchecken befanden sich noch Damenbinden in der Toilette, die Toilette lief aus, Türen konnten nicht verschlossen werden, nicht einmal Zimmerreinigung während der ganzen Zeit. Personal sehr unfreundlich, kein deutsch, Zimmerschlüssel konnten sich jeder Gast an der Rezeption holen wie er wollte, Frühstück sehr einseitig oder wenig da, auch wenn es günstig ist, würde dort nie wieder hinfahren, sauber sollte es wenigstens sein,

Am Anfang will ich definitiv von diesem Hotel abraten. Erstens war das Personal inkompetent und dumm, zweitens war das Ambiente einfach nur beschissen. Und wenn das nicht reicht waren dort nervige Kinder, welche wahrscheinlich mit ihrer Schule dort waren. Bei ihrem IQ mache ich mir solangsam über die Bildung der Kinder Sorgen und ich rede hier nicht von Vorschülern sondern von Gymnasiasten... Keine Empfehlung!
