Apartment Torri di Seefeld

In June 2011 we stayed two nights here. We booked a one bedroom apartment which was very modern, clean and functional and came with a huge private balcony from which we enjoyed eating breakfast and relaxing in the sun. The beds were very comfortable. Underground free secure parking was also included in the price. Centrally located in a peaceful area, and within a few minutes walking distance to the town centre and shops. At the time, the only drawback was that the apartments are not manned by reception staff, and we were greeted at the door with a message indicating we had to contact a sister hotel across town to arrange handover of keys. There was a number to call, however, no phone provided and no directions or map of the town of how to find the sister hotel. It took us a fair while to locate the other hotel. We were very lucky to have been travelling by car, as it was quite a distance away from the apartments. Reception at the sister hotel was most obliging and welcomed us with a glass of champagne and escorted us back to the apartment to show us its facilities. Aside from the initial hassle of obtaining the keys, we had a very pleasant stay there and would not hesitate to recommend it to other travellers.

It’s the third time we’re in this apart hotel. Something is going wrong here since our last visit. The hotel is falling to pieces. It really needs renovation and repairs. So sorry about that. The bathroom sink is leaking and it’s fixed with the help of the plaster. The terrace wood is getting worn out. Be careful while stepping on the terrace floor.

This is a great hotel. The rooms are more like small apartments then a hotel room. Very clean, very well appointed, and very quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful and we had a wonderful stay. We would stay here again.

Absolutely perfect place for stay in Seefeld. It was our 7th visit in pre-Xmas time in Seefeld, we tried a lot of places to stay and Torri Apartment was one of the best. Perfect location, excellent service (breakfast and wellness), very kind and helpful staff. The apartment was very well equipped, clean and specious.

It deeply troubles me to have to resort to writing a complaint letter, as I had previously held your establishment in high regard. However, the manner in which my concerns were handled has compelled me to bring this matter to your attention. On [Date], I had the unfortunate incident of being overcharged for an unutilized day at your property. I immediately contacted your front desk to address this issue and provided a genuine explanation regarding the oversight. It is important to note that my intention was never to exploit or manipulate the situation; rather, I expected a fair and reasonable resolution. To my disbelief, instead of empathizing with my situation, I was met with a dismissive and confrontational attitude. Your staff had the audacity to point fingers at me and insinuate that I was attempting to deceive the property. This unwarranted accusation not only tarnishes the reputation of your establishment but also reflects poorly on your customer service standards. I want to emphasize that my early check-out was due to unforeseen circumstances beyond my control. It is far more honorable for a property to offer a refund for a day not utilized, especially in light of unforeseen circumstances, rather than insist on the righteousness of the establishment while accusing the customer of being wrong. This type of response only serves to alienate loyal customers and tarnish the reputation of your property. As a long-standing patron of your establishment, I have always appreciated the exceptional service and professionalism exhibited by your staff. However, this recent incident has left me disillusioned and questioning the values that Torri Seefld Property upholds. I sincerely hope that this unfortunate experience does not represent the standard of service that future guests will encounter.
