From the moment we drove up to the hotel we felt good service. We were invited to leave our things in the car and check in on the first level and relax with a welcome drink while our bags were delivered to our room. The staff as a whole were exceptionally respectful, friendly, and helpful. Our room, a Junior Suite East, had Mountain View’s and plenty of light. The room was generously spacious with a modern double sink bathroom.

Since booking Schöne Aussicht, my life has changed irrevocably with the sudden passing of my husband. While I understood the hotel's non-refundable booking policy, I reached out to appeal to management's sense of humanity during this devastating time. This was meant to be a special stay that my husband and I planned together. As you might imagine, not only would this trip now be emotionally impossible for me to take, but I am also facing unexpected funeral expenses and arrangements. Many premium hotels have compassionate exemption policies for cases involving death, and I was ready to provide all necessary documentation to verify my circumstances. Schöne Aussicht hotel refused to accomodate my extraordinary circumstances proving that its reputation for excellence doesn't extend beyond its luxurious accommodations.

The attentiveness and hospitality of the entire staff at this hotel is amazing! This team thinks of everything you could possibly want - and even more! A once in a lifetime experience being spoilt. Our suite was so comfortable and well thought out, beautiful spa and outdoor infinity pool overlooking the slope, fantastic restaurant & bar. Great housekeeping & kitchen team too! Special thanks to Nikola, Viktoria, Jonas, Liliana, Sören, Aleksander and Trisztan for looking after us so well. Highly recommended!

Arrival to Departure nothing was an issue. If you happen to need something just ask. Spa was excellent, Rooms are beautiful. Ski in and Ski out for me (dad) and my 18 and 21 year old boys was just super. Fireplace bar and Sky bar were beautiful for drinks and playing cards, music in Sky bar in late evening. If you have a beginner skier (Mum in our case) get a slope facing room as the sun shine is beautiful on the balcony however you can also enjoy it in the Spa and terrace and we were never far away when Mum was tired of the slopes. Food and wine, well I will make that easy, it was 101% everyday. Restaurant service team were 101% everyday. We found it hard to leave. Ski rental at the back door of the hotel. Main Ski area about 5-8 Min (Short Ski and Short Gondola). Bus up and down to Solden a few times a day. Every team member was friendly, rooms very clean. This was an experience to lock away in our family memories for ever. The other guests were lovely and it was a very calming and extraordinary experience. See you again and thank you.

In diesem Haus stimmt wirklich alles. Von der Gasfreundschaft des Personals über das Essen bis zur tollen Infrastruktur. Wir kommen seit Jahren immer wieder gerne zur Eröffnung der Skisaison und waren auch in diesem Jahr - für uns zum ersten Mal unter der neuen Eigentümerschaft - wieder begeistert.
