Incredible place. Tim is one of the most experienced hosts we've had the pleasure of staying with. He used to manage a five-star hotel in Myanmar (until a military coup was staged), and this experience comes across. He has a meticulous attention to detail and nothing was ever too much trouble. He's a great Dutch ambassador too - thanks to this experience, we're already thinking about our next trip back there (and I am a Lewis Hamilton fan ).

I stayed here with 3 friends overnight for a weekend trip. We rented "het koetshuis" and it's aesthetics are amazing - It's also a nice and quiet place with more than enough privacy. Everything was very clean when we arrived. Breakfast was included and they have nice vegetarian options for that as well. Overall a great place to stay and I'd highly recommend it to anyone.

Mooie locatie, kamer was heel netjes, goed bed, nette badkamer. Personeel was erg vriendelijk en toegankelijk, het is een kleinere locatie waardoor het personeel ook er betrokken is. Een aanrader om een nacht of meer te verblijven. Complimenten voor de eigenaar en het personeel

Een fijne combinatie van een mooie inrichting in een sfeervol oud pand. Ik vond hotelkamers vaak benauwd, deze kamer heeft een fijn hoog plafond en is lekker koel te krijgen. Het was lekker rustig in de nacht, had uitzicht op dakterras en mooie tuin.

Villa Polder in Gemert is echt een verborgen parel. Ik twijfel of ik dit moet delen, want straks is het altijd vol… Wat een prachtig pand, zoveel karakter en stijl. De kamers zijn ruim, modern en super sfeervol. En: het bed slaapt heerlijk. We voelden ons meteen welkom door de warme ontvangst en de persoonlijke aandacht. We denken serieus aan deze plek voor ons (trouw)feest of een bijzonder diner. Echt een aanrader!

Prima geslapen in een heerlijk bed. Mooie, schone kamers en fijne douche. Inchecken ging vlot. Parkeren op eigen terrein. Hier één nacht overnacht ivm werk en dat is prima bevallen. Geen gebruik gemaakt van ontbijt, dus hier kan ik geen oordeel over geven.

這是一家雙層別墅：1層是廚房和客餐廳。廚房包含基礎的工具和設備，客餐廳有一個很大的餐桌，吃飯🍽️工作💻兩不耽誤；2層是2個卧室和衞生間🚽，每間卧室都有床🛏️、沙發🛋️、茶几和供暖設備，此外還隔出了一個區域，作為洗漱區🪥和淋浴區🚿，這種佈局倒是比較少見。別墅整體不大，但該有的功能都齊全，有免費的wifi🛜，有免費的獨立車位🅿️，還擁有一個私有庭院，夏天可以在户外吃飯聊天。除此之外，別墅後方還有個公共的花園，佈滿了綠植🌳，還有個小池塘和小童🧒👧娛樂區，佈置的很考究，非常美麗。房東🧑💼很熱心，我們抵達的時候比較晚了🕘，房東一直在等待着我們，並給我們介紹了房間和回答我們的問題。第二天離開的時候，是另外一個來自泰國的姑娘👩來收拾房間，和我進行了很友好的交流。這家別墅美中不足的地方是：1、冰箱是沒有冷凍層的，這對我們來説是致命的；2、廚房沒有菜刀，我們自己做飯時，衹能用小的水果刀來切菜和切肉，很不方便。如果這兩點能解決好就更完美了。

Wat hebben we heerlijke dagen gehad in Villa Polder. Alles was fantastisch voor elkaar. Mooie kamer, prachtige villa en op het terras in de tuin fijne uurtjes doorgebracht. Zelf je eigen hapjes en drankjes meenemen is prima, want je krijgt daar ‘s morgens al een lekker ontbijt. Restaurants genoeg in de buurt (op loopafstand) om te eten Eigenaar en zijn lieve vrouw heel erg bedankt voor jullie goede zorgen.
