Poor checkin experience: Took more than 20 mins during my checkin due to inexperience staff wrongly input my credit card deposit, didn’t listen to my room request and input correct information of my membership and name. Poor response to customer inquiry: I asked about the instruction on using the Induction Electric cooking stove for my meal cooking and the staff is unable share correct information (ended up I ordered takeaway) Power Outage problem: There’s one night during my stay, the entire power cut more than 5 times which was super annoying. I called the front desk and got their reply there is nothing they can do until the next day morning!

Our family stayed here three nights in January in two very comfortable studios. We had smooth late night checkin, which took just 2 minutes. The hotel required to deposit 50 CHF per room per night for extras, which was probably applied because of our booking method. The overnight parking with large enough parking slots is inside the building for 30 CHF per night. The property has opened in recent months, so every detail in the room was nicely designed and well planned. The sleeping quality was excellent and no noise penetrated the windows of our studios overlooking the street. The studios were also equipped with full kitchens (including dishwashers and their tablets) which we never used, because ate in the Old City. Breakfasts were quite good with variety of food and juices. Beware that the Hotel does not accept cash in euros at any exchange rate, so you need to have Franks or pay with card. Overall it was a very pleasant stay!
