Seriously poor service, as if the staff are being forced to work there. Filthy beds, rooms and bathrooms. Not a nice experience for solo travelers, unless you appreciate being woken by banging on the door and screaming all night. Go elsewhere.

Poor service customer ever. Ive never have been submitted at a despotic relation like in this hôtel. The staff is not able to help you but cheat you. They are not able to understand anything and cancel the stay only to stole you money... Its not a legal process Indeed. I do not recommand this hôtel AT all but yes go directly to Menninger hotel on thé same area because the ambiant and staff are so peace and lovely

These people are slandering me, lying about me, I am very upset about it, I don't take kindly to liars, I want a refund right now as I booked a 7 night stay for December and they canceled it and kept my money..on my prior stay in November 2023, I paid $100 a night approximately- and they allowed homeless people to sleep in the lobby, allowed non-guests in the facility to used the kitchen and and make coffee, they never told me there was free breakfast, I was polite and spoke to no one. I was there working on my projects of music and my book...I made this booking recently-as no employee told me I was 'blacklisted', I tend to walk around with an unlit cigar in my mouth, perhaps this has been misconstrued -by haters of freedom, I have seen this Stazi type behavior before in other 'no smoking' establishments where just the sight of tobacco is a problem. I want a refund to, the money in my account... as this is a wrongdoing by this hostel

I stayed in a single-bed room on a short stay. The place is nice and clean but very hot during summer. Only a small electric fan and two small lamps. Only two power outlets so bring your own power extension cord if you don't want to unplug the fan to use the laptop. Busy mornings so if your room is at the front, garbage and other maintenance trucks wake you up from 6:00 am, which is okay if you have to get ready early yourself.

I stayed in this place because a friend of mine has reserved it for me by the time I can go to the airport and take my flight back home. Please stay away! I would not pay a single penny for staying in that horrible place. The atmosphere resembles a jail. The reception treats the people inside like they should be happy to have some place to sleep. The items in the hotel are broken - sofa, bedsheets, sink... :-( I really had such a bad impression because knowing the price it really was not worth it at all. I had to check in in two - three rooms until the bedsheets where not dirty and still I found dirt on them and even on the walls. :-( the sink was broken and so all the water stayed inside. I never ever had such a horrible experience staying in any hotel in the past. Make yourself a favor and never book this!!! 👎🏽

Very warm welcome, I stayed 2 nights with a friend, we had a nice room with very clean bathrooms. On the landing. Possibility of preparing your meal in the common kitchen and eating with other travelers. Beautiful moment of sharing.

I made a reservation for 2 months later because it specified that all the money would be returned. 2 hours later I changed my mind because I didn't like the reviews of their hostel, and 2 hours later and with 2 months to go, they keep 7 euros.
