We stayed at this hotel and have negative experience. The contents of the room do not fully correspond to the photos provided during booking.
In a room was no kettle or coffee machine, meanwhile it was on a photos. When I asked a girl on the reception how can I get a tea or coffee, she answered that unfortunately, they can’t provide it to the room, but I can have it at any time near reception. On the next day when I came there, another guy told me that I need to pay for the cup of tea, previous no one told me about the payment. Also, guests are provided with only one towel per person, without additional ones for the face or hands. The hotel itself is located near the center, that’s good, but in a very noisy and dirty area. The area where the hotel is located is very similar to the De Wallen district, the red light district in Amsterdam.

Excellent location- close to the train station, tram stops, restaurants, bars, shops and the lake. Very clean and comfortable. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel is located in city center. There is no parking available in the hotel premises but there is a public parking nearby. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. Swift Check-in and Check-out.

Location was perfect, in the city centre, also closed to bus stations and railway stations. Breakfast was good. Stored luggage after check out and needed to rent lockers. Could not check the lockers’ size until you paid the money. Two luggages did not fit in a XL locker, so we rent two XL lockers and cost CHF 12 for 4 hours. The locker 9 could not be opened and we needed to ask staff to use his iPad to open, and the same when we took the luggage out.

I have stayed only one night but it was ok. Early check in not granted though and room very cold. Overall the hotel was clean and service provided ok.
