Ruby Claire Hotel in Geneva offers a unique experience, though it may not be for everyone. The hotel is in a central location, situated right in the heart of Geneva’s shopping district. Tram and bus access are incredibly convenient, with stops just at the doorstep. It’s also a 10-minute walk to the bus depot for trips into France. However, finding the hotel can be a challenge. It’s not a standalone building but rather occupies part of a mall/office complex, which might confuse first-time visitors. If you’re coming from the main train station, it’s two tram stops followed by a 5-7 minute walk. The reception is located on the 7th floor, and the check-in process is entirely self-service via an iPad. While efficient in theory, the process felt cumbersome, especially with the requirement to provide a home address. Traditional hotel check-ins are certainly more straightforward. The hotel’s design is modern and minimalist but the corridors and ceilings are in black, and are lit only with spotlights. Together with a maze-like corridor design, this aesthetic choice should raise concerns about navigating during emergencies even though there are exit signs. Rooms, on the other hand, are compact yet well-designed, offering a surprising amount of space by European standards. The rain shower and the addition of a Marshall Bluetooth speaker were standout features, adding a touch of luxury to the stay. Another pleasant surprise was the galley on each floor, offering free-flow coffee and tea—a thoughtful touch for guests. The hotel provides an eco-friendly incentive: opt out of room cleaning and receive a complimentary drink at the bar, which also serves as the reception area. Considering its central location and the thoughtful amenities, Ruby Claire offers excellent value for money in a city as expensive as Geneva. This is a hotel I would recommend to friends visiting Geneva.

The location is very good. You can take bus No. 10 from the airport to Balexert and walk to the hotel in 3 minutes. There are various routes from the hotel to the city, and you can basically reach various places in Geneva in 20 minutes. There is a mall opposite, which basically has all the daily necessities, but please note that it is closed on Sundays. The hotel's internal facilities are small, although the bathroom and toilet are small, but they are enough, and if you are lucky, you can live in a room with a view of the mountains. Don't expect too much when you arrive in Geneva, it is an expensive city.

The location is good and you can get a free card that can be used in Geneva transportation at check-in. The room is clean and the bath towel is free. There is also a large kitchen, so you can also self-sufficiency. You can go to the central station and Palais des Nations without transfer from the hostel to the 15th tram. It was a cheap and perfect hostel if you think of the price of Switzerland in me.

Checked in done in Novotel not far from Residence Studio.Counter staffs able to converse in English.Lift is small m congested for 2 people with luggages.Electric kettle n oven available but no coffee,sugar,tea sachets given.Residence is near Geneva Cental Bus Station n Train Station.Conven ient for Muslim tourists as many Halal Food available from Atab Restaurants.

It was amazing hostel with excellent facilities, everything was clean and services were perfect. Bery close to  stations and pubs.

There are no shortcomings except the small elevator. It is close to the attractions in the city center. The train station is a five-minute walk away. Lake Geneva is just around the corner. There are also many delicious foods around, of course a little expensive.

Ren nehri kenarında mükemmel konumdaydı.Tren istasyonuna 5 dk mesafede,havaalanından trene binip bir durak sonra inildiğinizde yürüyerek otele 5 dakikada ulaşıyorsunuz.Ücretsiz ulaşım için resepsiyondan istediğinizde bir mail atıyor sorulduğunda göstermeniz için.Ama zaten Cenevre de toplu taşıma ücretsiz.Resepsiyon çalışanları çok güler yüzlü ve yardımseverler.Fiyat olarakta çok avantajlı bir otel.Odalarda çay kahve ve su ısıtıcısı var.Terlik götürmenizi öneririm.Cenevreye gitmişken Mont Blanc’a mutlaka gidin.Çok yakın ve çok güzel bir yer.Yürüme mesafesinde oto gardan otobüsler ile ulaşabilirsiniz.

Absolutely loved the location and the ease of access of the hotel. While the bathroom was a little tiny, the room and all facilities provided for the Hotel de Geneve were very good, and I wholly recommend the hotel for your stay in Geneva. Special shootout to the friendly and accommodating staff at the reception. Thank you!

酒店位置好，步行十分鐘到老城，樓下有很多餐館，就是房間有點小，在日內瓦短途旅行二三天還是不錯的選擇.

The breakfast was great and the location was in the city centre. The service staff are also very good, and they are joking. The elevator is small and reminiscent of Paris. The location is not so bad to find it.
