The hotel location is very good, it is very close to the main attractions and shopping areas, very convenient, there is a girl who speaks Chinese at the front desk, very enthusiastic, proactively provide help, the introduced attractions are also very unique. The restaurant attached to the hotel is the oldest restaurant in Geneva. The food is exquisite. The onion soup is delicious. I ordered a soup. I saw that we were 2 people. We took the initiative to divide it into 2 bowls.

I wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude to the front desk reception Alan Gorfinkel for his exceptional assistance during our recent stay at your hotel. We were struggling to arrange transportation to the airport, and he went above and beyond to help us secure a car. Great staff !

The patient answers from the front desk staff make tourists relax! The nostalgic little elevator is very safe and can accommodate one or two people at a time! The room is warmly decorated and the mattress is very comfortable to sleep on! Breakfast is rich and fresh! Every day, several handsome waiters are busy working diligently, with slightly serious expressions, but very dedicated!

Great river view, the environment is already great, the confirmation is very timely, almost confirmed in seconds, but it's just that the elderly have sensitive ears, and the noise along the road makes it hard to sleep, otherwise it's perfect

The hotel is not facing Lake Geneva, but by a river. The advantage is that it is quiet amidst the hustle and bustle and you can sleep well! The hotel is in a great location. It's a 2-minute walk from the famous Rue Rhône. Just turn left when you go out. It's closer than the Ritz-Carlton. The room is a bit small, but the service is also super good. The services of both hotels are super good. Breakfast is a buffet, including porridge, tea eggs and fried dough sticks, which is not bad.

Location next to the train station is perfect for travelers. A very teutonic style hotel but the regular room is spacious. The bathroom us very clean and is large enough to be comfortable.
Good value with simple, minimum breakfast with a view on the 8th floor. The lower floor rooms have no open view. Some as on 2nd floor has a level view on train platforms.
Room has space for luggage and has a safe deposit box. The cons are a very small LCD TV with unstable signal, a soft but thin bed mattress, and almost no amenities for the bathroom.
Service is fine. Attitude is a bit cold..
A small story for thus hotel, Hergé, the father of Tintin and Milou, stayed at the hotel during 1956.

The room is 15 square meters. It is indeed not very spacious after putting down a large bed, but the basic facilities are available and relatively easy to use. But it is not very ”friendly” to Chinese people, because there is no kettle or any glass cups in the room. I had to borrow a kettle from a local colleague to drink hot water and tea. In recent years, many hotels in Europe have provided kettles. This is the first hotel I have encountered that does not provide kettles. It is recommended to provide them for the convenience of Chinese tourists. The quality of breakfast is pretty good, a typical white restaurant, with cold milk soaked in cereal (many kinds), hot eggs and sausages (salty), bread (variety), cheese (several kinds), fruits (usually bananas, etc.) every day Oranges and green apples. I ate strawberries on the last day (although they weren’t very tasty). I was full but a bit tired after eating them for more than ten days in a row. It is recommended that I try something different every day. In addition, there are no vegetables at all, including European hotels. Served tomato slices and cucumber slices. The hotel waiters are quite enthusiastic and will say hello every morning when they meet at breakfast. However, the professionalism of the people at the front desk is worrisome: On the day of check-in, I arrived at the room and took out my luggage. However, a gentleman said that the room was wrong and that the floor needed to be cleaned and that I needed to be moved to the 6th floor. I was a little confused. I was angry, but later I cooperated with the move. I felt that it was due to the lack of seriousness of their front desk staff. The night before check-out, I went to the front desk to ask if there were any procedures because I applied for an hour late check-out, and a black guy was on the computer. After some operations, it was confirmed that no other procedures were required. As a result, I returned to the hotel at 12:30 that day to go upstairs to pick up my luggage. I found that I couldn't get on the elevator at all, so I had to go to the front desk. The gentleman who asked me to change rooms on the day of check-in handled it skillfully. Then I could take the elevator back to my room normally. I think this is also the standard practice for late check-out in China. I wonder if the black guy took the job after training. On the day I checked in, I applied for a public transportation card in Geneva, but the white man asked his colleague to open a written card for me. I was surprised because the city of Geneva changed it to an electronic card a year ago. I don’t know why he still has it. I was able to open and write cards. After struggling for a while, I decided to change it to an electronic card. I asked for my email address and received it quickly. But it always makes me feel that their business is unskilled and brings some unnecessary trouble to the guests. In addition, this hotel is very close to the train station, a 3-minute walk away, and almost a 3-minute walk to the lake. The location is convenient. There are many restaurants downstairs next to it, which is convenient for eating. The street is noisy at night, but the sound insulation effect of the glass in the room is good. Once the window is closed, you can basically not hear the noise outside. There are several night clubs around, which are said to be the best in Wa City. The neighborhood feels different from the hotel I stayed in before.

The Warwick Geneva Hotel location is just opposite the Train Station Cornavin and near to eatery, supermarket & FlixBus Station which is very convenience.
The room space is not big but it’s comfortable.
We stay here for 1 night between our journey from Chamonix France (by Flix Bus) & to Paris (by TGV Lyria from Cornavin Station)
The Novotel Geneve Centre is right in the downtown area and ideal for business stays, with 5 meeting rooms. The bedrooms are spacious and some have a balcony. To relax after work or between meetings, try freshening up in the wellness area with hammam and fitness room. Do not forget to start the day with a hearty, varied breakfast, and there are healthy dishes at the Gourmet Bar. Life is good at Novotel.

The hotel is about 10-15 min walk from the train station. There are many eateries in the area but also many bars and a nightclub. The old town and the main shopping street is also within walkable distance. The room is small for my family of 3 adults but fortunately we stayed only for 2 nights. The good thing is the toilet is separated from the bathroom (but there is no washing basin in it to wash your hand), also there are separate shower cubicle and bath - I always prefer a shower cubicle to a bath, for safety reason since I am a senior citizen.

Outstanding
VVivianThe room is very good and just the right size. It is clean and hygienic, and the service staff is very enthusiastic. It is very close to the airport and convenient to travel. Recommended!
GGuest UserLake view room in Geneva, 15 minutes away from Geneva train station, with direct trains to the train station and airport. The hotel provides train tickets during the stay. There is a large supermarket downstairs, and it is a short distance from Leman International School. The picture is the real view outside the window.
BBenny Hon ChungThe hotel is in a central location which is only a few minutes walk from the railway station and the old town where the cathedral and all the big luxury brands can be found. There are a lot of restaurants in its vicinity. The hotel is a bit old but very clean and comfortable. The room is spacious and sound proofing is excellent. The staff are extremely polite, welcoming, and accomodating. It's worth mentioning that the hotel's check in time is 1500 but we were given a room when we arrived at 1210. The gentleman and lady at the reception counter even gave us a city map and took several minutes telling us where to go. The two reception girls in the afternoon also showed us their welcoming smiles every time they saw us. When we called to request to have a kettle the hotel gave us not just a kettle but a whole lot of instant coffee and tea bags. Wow what a surprise to receive such excellent service in a small 4 star hotel! I highly recommend it to all travellers who want to receive exceptional service.
GGuest UserThe hotel is in a good location, close to the airport and has a shuttle bus. A free bus card will be given during your stay. It is also very convenient to take bus No. 10 to the city. There are large shopping malls and supermarkets nearby, which makes life convenient. The room is very beautiful and warm. The hotel front desk guy can speak Chinese, is kind and friendly, very good 👍👍👍
CCheerExcellent hostel. Excellent location. 1 min walk to Lake Geneva.
15 mins walk from Train station, or 3 mins tram + 5 mins walk.
Lidl and Pharmacies nearby, along the tram way.
(All public transports are complimentary to visitors)
Free and many-choices breakfast every morning, 5**!
Stayed in a loft of with 4 bunk beds (8ppl), it was spacious, but no curtain. A shared table in the middle of the room.
There is a study room in common area, but open late and close early, I saw people work and study inside.
Only 1 shared toilet and 1 shared bathroom available, may have to line up.
2 huge windows in a room, well ventilated.
1 socket and 1 light at head of bed.
Big locker in room enough for 2 camping bags.
Post-check in big locker for 2 Fr in lobby.
Don’t expect smiley faces from staff, and you will be good.
Cleaners come into the room everyday, so every thing even the toilets are always clean.
Somehow the old wooden floor is noisy when stepping on it.
Self-service laundry was around 10 Fr, I saw no one using it.
Good vibes and chill, people love to chat in restaurants and the room.
AAnonymous UserReally good stay! There’s a microwave available which is really handy if you’re arriving late and had a take away from somewhere else! Room is spacious and comfortable as well! Will book again if visiting in the future!
DDoudoulongThe hotel is very close to the airport and convenient to the city, and the location is good. The hotel facilities are average, clean and tidy, but the breakfast is not much, a little worse than other hotels of the same level.
EEdemonQWe had the balcony room but is only assesible via a spiral stair case... Very hard for lots of luggages, sound proofing is not good as well ammenities are goo as expected if apart hotel ( micro wave, fridge ,stove etc)
AAnonymous UserThe curtains have been broken for a long time, I wanted to change the room, but told me that the other room was the same. Other than that, it's pretty good
KKamalathaI went a day earlier to confirm my stay with the hotel. They couldn't find my booking. I showed them my confirmation on my phone. I was told that they can see my confirmation number but no payment was made by trip.com. They assured me that such has happened before and told me to be on the safe guard book another room as a standby. They assured me that they will not swipe my card until matter is resolved. That assurance made me check in. I kept coming to the front office every now and then and I was told it was resolved. Only on the last night I was told that by Trip.com of the error in the address. In the meantime the hotel had swiped my card. Surprisingly they did not honour the feedbacks I gave to Hotel Montana Geneve and Hotel Montana Zurich. There was no email to apologise for the oversight and delay in handling. I went to the hotel one day earlier to check, they could have attended to it and not confidently putting the blame on trip.com since there has been previous incidents where [ayment was not received.
I thought Hotel Montana group could have handled this matter better. Quite disappointing.
