Wonderful experience, the place is amazing surrounded by lots of green and mountains which makes you feel at peace. Great SPA, we reserved it for an hour, it offers: - a large jacuzzi with a waterfall - steam bath - sauna bath - kneipp tubs (cold and warm water) - relax area with tea - emotional showers Special mention for all staff, super kind and available for any request :)

We are travelling a lot around the worldu.But we have rarely experienced such friendly staff. Really top. Thank you, it was a pleasure. Can recommend the hotel A big thank to the Recepetionist. On top it is perfect located for visiting the Park and grottos

Hotel pulito e curato, dal personale davvero accogliente e cordiale. Ci siamo trovati molto bene e siamo riusciti a rilassarci, cosa di cui avevamo davvero bisogno! La spa è piccolina ma ben tenuta e con tutto l'indispensabile e vorrei fare assolutamente un plauso per il massaggio di coppia, che ci ha rimessi al mondo. La colazione offriva una vasta scelta di cibo tra dolce e salato. L'hotel, inoltre, è molto vicino alle principali attrazioni della zona, come il tempio del Valadier e le grotte di Frasassi. Stiamo già pensando di tornare il prima possibile per un altro weekend di relax!

Quando tutto è perfetto e non sapete trovare un difetto è difficile fare una recensione. Non si sa da dove cominciare per elogiare questa magnifica struttura immersa in un oasi di pace. Una cosa la voglio dire: Si sta magnificamente bene, il personale è a dir poco gentilissimo e disponibile ad esaudire qualsiasi richiesta. La Spa è meravigliosa e per finire il ristorante è il top. Bene questo è l'hotel "Le Grotte". Sicuramente ci torneremo.

Piccolo gioiello della zona di Genga. Perfetto per un week end total relax. Il plus è la piscina con una vista sui colli da far perdere il fiato con un servizio d'eccellenza. Lo staff molto amichevole e disponibile. L'hotel è dotato anche I spa con tutti i confort. Mi piacerebbe tornarci per un altro week end in futuro

Abbiamo usufruito della Spa,ambiente piccolino ma perfetto per un uso esclusivo di un piccolo gruppo, piscina termale davvero fantastica! A seguire abbiamo gustato un ottimo pranzo, tutto supportato da gentilezza e professionalità!
