L'esperienza in questo hotel è stata estremamente deludente e non giustifica la valutazione che ha. Oltre a essere una struttura molto datata, ho riscontrato una grave mancanza di rispetto delle regole: l'odore di fumo proveniente dalla stanza adiacente ha invaso la mia, rendendo impossibile riposare. Sono stata costretta ad andarmene, ma il proprietario si è dimostrato indisponente e non ha offerto alcun rimborso, dimostrando una completa assenza di controllo sulle proprie normative.

State alla larga da questo hotel. Avevo fatto una prenotazione e l’avevo confermata. Due giorni prima dell’arrivo mi arriva una mail, dicendo che la prenotazione era cancellata. Si inventano di avermi mandato una mail precedente alla quale non ho risposto, ma non è assolutamente vero.. sicuramente avranno trovato il modo di dar via la camera a un prezzo più alto.

Sconsiglio questo albergo, mi è capitata una stanza con doccia inagibile, dopo due notti (scocciati) ci hanno cambiato di stanza trascinando letteralmente le coperte per terra davanti a noi da una stanza all’altra. Mi aspettavo come minimo un risarcimento, nulla, neanche una colazione offerta per il disagio. Tra l’altro non ci sono i riscaldamenti e le stanze sono fredde. Poca o nulla pulizia. Le pareti sono di carta velina, si sentono rumori a tutte le ore. Brutta esperienza.

Ho soggiornato nella struttura 3 notti, usufruendo di una singola. La camera era pulita e perfetta, personale all'accoglienza gentile e disponibile. L'albergo è in centro, quindi tutto raggiungibile a piedi. Peccato che su booking mi diceva che la colazione era inclusa invece ho usufruito di un bar esterno e quindi ho pagato, ma non è così poi tanto grave.

Ci siamo sentiti come a casa! Accoglienza, disponibilità,pulizia,posizione comoda. La camera veramente graziosa e funzionale oltre che molto panoramica. Letto comodissimo per me che ogni volta che cambio letto mi si distrugge la schiena non è una cosa da sottovalutare!! Consigliatissimo

I miei genitori hanno soggiornato in questa struttura e sono rimasti molto soddisfatti. Molto gentili in proprietari, ottima la colazione, bella e pulita la camera e fantastica la posizione. Sono rimasti davvero molto contenti e ritorneranno sicuramente!

Albergo con posizione centralissima e comoda per visitare tutta Genova. Essendo una struttura ad 1 stella credo sia “molto buono”, nonostante la camera sia ammobiliata in modo estremamente semplice ed economico. Ne ho apprezzato comunque L estrema pulizia e la gentilezza del proprietario.
