Hotel Fiume in Genoa IT was the only hotel in the area who agreed to store our baggage for us when we found out the train station baggage office closed at 8pm. They are extremely close to the train station and one of the best restaurants in Genoa, Il Genovese. The staff was so kind to hold our baggage for us even though we were a family of 5 with lots of big packs. Would definitely stay there when we come through Genova again.

We stayed as a family of 3 in one of the newly furnished rooms. The room was done to a high standard and the bathroom was finished to an exceptional standard. 2 teenage boys loved the set out of the toom, the 'mood' lighting, sky sports in the room and huge shower. Clean and tidy and central to both the train, bus stations as well as the city centre. The owners helped us with a number of activities to do with 2 teenage boys and couldn't do enough for us. We will be going back soon and will definitely be staying there again

Great hotel! Friendly staff! Perfectly situated in the heart of the city in close proximity to the train station! Easy to walk and explore the Superbia but also a good hub for day trips to Cinque Terre via Train!

It's a very good hotel, near to the city center,just 3 minutes from the train station.The room was very clean not so big, but renovated and nice decorated. It's 20 minutes walking distance from aquarium that it's the top attraction in Genova.

We stayed here in March 2023. The room had recently been decorated. You had access to a mini bar (very reasonably priced) and a selection of snacks and a kettle and tea/coffee. There was no safe. There were toiletries provided in the bathroom which was very modern. There was a balcony but not easily accessible. The staff on reception were very friendly and even lent us a charger for one of our phones. They recommended a lovely restaurant around the corner which we enjoyed so much - we ate there twice. The hotel was very close to the train station and as such, we took a trip to Portofino which you should definitely do if you have the time. I would stay here again :)

As soon as we entered we were greeted by a very good smell of cleanliness, how wonderful! Small hotel but easily accessible, in a great area. The wonderful room, the LEDs above the bed, super stocked mini bar and also lots of snacks. Everything super clean. We slept very well in a structure that deserves much more than two stars. All the staff were very kind. If I have the opportunity, I will choose it again.

Highly not recommended!!!!!!! 4 days before our arrival they canceled our reservation even though we had given the C. C. as a guarantee. Keep in mind that the reservation had been made 20 days before. Maybe it's just coincidence, but I don't think so..... It's definitely the first and only time I've booked at this hotel.
