Three days before, via a message on booking, my family from Rome and I ask to be able to leave our bags at least at 9 in the morning because we have a visit to the aquarium at 10. Only the day before a pre-packaged message arrives where inside we are told that it is possible to leave our bags with the cleaning lady. Once we arrive in Genoa we go to the structure. We ask a lady who is leaving the building about the B&B and she replies seriously (as if she were doing us a favor) to go to the 4th floor which the cleaning lady would open for us. We therefore understand that we have the owner in front of us and it will be the first and only time we see her in the structure. We expected him to accompany us but it didn't happen that way. Maybe he was in a hurry. The cleaning lady is a foreigner, from Peru, very kind and thoughtful: she doesn't speak Italian but we manage to make ourselves understood. The structure cannot be considered a B&B but rather a guest house with breakfast. The room assigned is number 1 and it was clean. It has been refurbished with laminate flooring. The problem is that the electrical system is deficient. The room accommodates three people but there are only two sockets on the sides of the double bed, which are used to power the lamps on the bedside table, and only one of them is equipped with a triple adapter but without a schuko. It is a serious problem since it is not possible to simultaneously recharge the smartphones and other electronic devices of all the hosts who, being tourists, time is precious. The list of services included in the price includes a clothes rack and a wardrobe or wardrobe. The stand is there with 4/5 hangers but no wardrobe/wardrobe and therefore nothing to place the suitcases that remain on the floor: there are three vintage chairs that are not suitable for the case. The list of services provided indicates the presence of air conditioning but on the contrary there is a fan which is certainly not the same thing. The double mattress is old, it sags and you can feel the springs when you turn over. The room overlooks a busy and very noisy road: unfortunately at night the double glazing is unable to significantly absorb traffic noise. Finally the entrance to room no. 1 overlooks the breakfast area: it can be annoying for those who like to maintain a certain privacy especially in the morning (I would recommend putting a small divider). Let's now talk about the bathroom: it is private and clean but outside the room. The list of services included in the price includes a bidet which is not there: there is a hand shower from which no water comes out. The rubbish bin is only in the room but not in the bathroom which, being outside the room, is a serious problem not having it (tampons, handkerchiefs, etc.). There is no toilet paper roll holder: it must be placed wherever it happens. There is no shelf inside the shower to place the shampoo package which must be placed on the floor. The water from the shower comes out of the cabin though

Having to work on construction sites they gave us this location comfortable rooms excellent breakfast prepared by our friend Rada the only flaw is the location in front of the elevated road which is a bit noisy especially for those of us who are used to living in much quieter areas
