"We stayed one night on our way through Surabaya from Maluku and on into Java. The hotel did everything we needed and is within walking distance of one of Surabaya's main train stations for trains to other cities. There is a good restaurant 50m away, and even a few local sites nearby like an old submarine you can go inside(!?)."

The first night i came, the room was nice duplex room with cool aircond but the cleanliness you guys have to maintain more. In the floor, in the bed next to the stair case so many dust and hair. I just wondering how you guys clean the room!"

DDanieeHSecond stay here! Got a floor on the 8th floor, not too bad of a view although I prefer to have it on a more higher floor.
Service still remains impeccable. Big sized room and clean toilet! Breakfast daily would make you be spoilt for choice.
Location right at the heart of Tunjungan road, where at night, it comes alive with pedestrians enjoying the night. Lots of nice eateries around too! Walking distance to the mall...
This would definitely be my hotel again for my next trip!

NNicooleeI had a wonderful experience here.
The hotel is conveniently located just a three-minute walk from a large shopping mall, making it very easy to access shops and restaurants.
The living environment was excellent, and the front desk staff kindly upgraded my room, which made my stay even more comfortable. After wandering around for weeks, being able to relax and watch Netflix was simply fantastic.
Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Surabaya!

VV RimelsaI stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. The room was spacious and well maintained event this isn't brand new building.
My initial booking was for 1 night only but after I spent the first night I decided to extend another day with request another room that facing to Jalan Basuki Rahmat. Ms. Fara was helped to find my request and she asking Mr. Reva to showing me some room. They were very nice, friendly and informative. Also I thank Mr. Komarus- the room attendant who really friendlt and well in clean my room, he help to explain the function of AC which is I got confused.
Then the security - Mr. Haryono also nice and informative when I asks about surrounding interesting places to visit and eat.
For Room Service : I ordered Fried Gurame and Pizza , All was good.
The area to improve :
1. Level of hot water need to be better
2. The noisy from AC need to be fix
Other than that all experiences went extraordinary stay ! Thanks Wyndham Surayabaya, absolutely ,I will be back !

YyuliI had an incredible experience at Bumi Surabaya City Resort, and I can't recommend this hotel enough! Nestled in a lush garden setting right in the heart of Surabaya,excellent service, and beautiful surroundings.
The spacious rooms offered stunning views of the city, providing a perfect blend of relaxation and luxury. I particularly enjoyed the rich breakfast buffet, featuring a delightful selection of both local and international dishes, all freshly prepared and delicious. Moreover, the hotel's facilities had a lovely swimming pool surrounded by greenery, two tennis courts, spa and massage ,perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the city.
What truly stood out was the hospitality of the staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and eager to ensure that my stay was enjoyable.
The atmosphere was relaxed, making it an ideal spot for both business and leisure travelers.
It’s my second stay at Bumi Surabaya and I look forward to returning in the future. If you're looking for a blend of comfort and charm in Surabaya, this is the place to be!

GGuest UserBest part about this hotel is the location. Just opposite the Tunjungan Plaza and along the street of Jalan Tunjungan. Everything is very convenient. Lots of entertainment, cafes, and shopping to do there. Staffs are polite and very helpful. We got a corner room which we love it because there's extra windows and made the room really bright and comfortable.

JJoline38The hotel room was huge and the service staff were able to cater 3 single beds to us (which I feel is quite rare for hotels to do that) and we had the best sleep in the hotel. Hotel breakfast was amazing with lots of varieties! The service staff was amazing and they were able to assist all our requests such as getting us a taxi to the airport and checking in on the massage services provides by the hotel.
P.s the massages services is usually full and hence do make reservation at least 2-3days in advance.
