"Our stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Surabaya was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, and what stood out the most was their truly personalised service. Different staff members knew our names when we visited various facilities, making us feel genuinely valued and at home.
A special shoutout to Adi and Sophia, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. Their attentiveness, warmth, and professionalism made a real difference, and we truly appreciate their efforts.
The breakfast was exceptional, offering a wide variety of delicious options that were beautifully presented. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, making it an absolute highlight of our stay.
We also loved the kids' club, which had well-planned activities to keep children entertained. It was clear that a lot of thought had gone into making it a fun and engaging space for families.
The service throughout the hotel was top-notch, reflecting the high standards of DoubleTree by Hilton. Every interaction was met with warmth and a genuine willingness to assist.
If we return to Surabaya, DoubleTree by Hilton will certainly be at the top of our list. Highly recommended!"

The hotel is conveniently located just a three-minute walk from a large shopping mall, making it very easy to access shops and restaurants.
The living environment was excellent, and the front desk staff kindly upgraded my room, which made my stay even more comfortable. After wandering around for weeks, being able to relax and watch Netflix was simply fantastic.
Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Surabaya!

GGuest UserThe hotel room was large, clean n all amenities available. However the carpet of the room had a stale smell on the first day but bearable. Breakfast had asian spread but definitely food was not fresh. The salad n fruits didn't look as it was done in the morning. The soup was not piping hot. Our friends had a little upset stomach.

Service still remains impeccable. Big sized room and clean toilet! Breakfast daily would make you be spoilt for choice.
Location right at the heart of Tunjungan road, where at night, it comes alive with pedestrians enjoying the night. Lots of nice eateries around too! Walking distance to the mall...
This would definitely be my hotel again for my next trip!

VVictor AbdiEverything went well. The hotel staff is friendly, even though the hotel is old but still well maintained, the location is very strategic. Breakfast is quite varied and tastes good. Very value for money.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel had a very weird smell. They need to start putting a fresh scent from the lobby until the hallway to the room. As for the room, they should clean the room and change the dehumidifier regularly. It was very frustrating when you were very tired and had to deal with a dirty room. Hope they can improve the service. The hotel has a lot of potential.
