I did come to stay at this hotel every time when I went to Genting Highlands, however, this was the first time that I felt disappointed at its service. I stayed here for more than two nights, but the hotel provided just only four bottles of water during the stay. Although I asked the hotel to make up a room, the staff said “no”. If I can rate this as zero for the service, I will definitely do it. One more thing to add, the staff at the reception was not helpful at all. When I asked about the price of the breakfast, she said “You can pay extra for RM 16 per person”. However, when I went to have the breakfast, it turned out that I was charged for RM 50 instead. I think it was because her pronunciation in English. She put the wrong stress on the number 16 and 60. Also, the cleanliness of the area for the breakfast was terrible as I saw the cockroach walking on the tray of the bread there.
So sad…next time maybe I need to reconsider my stay at this hotel.
Really disappointed.
