Platform bed good for two kids to play on it, toilet is clean too! Only flaw is location is further away from shopping mall compared to first world hotel, the carpark is also a further walk away

The loft bed max weight is 80kg (I did not see this notice anywhere before booking the room) - end up, we did not stay the loft top bed - 6 of us squeezed into 2 queen beds (2 of us squeezing in between the beds). Is good if hotel can raise this 'max 80kg' somewhere!
One natural problem - outside wind strong - sometimes really very noisy - hotel can consider fixing something that can tone down the noise.
The rest are just good!

Theme of the hotel is very kids friendly. The lobby has very cute playground and amenities. The linkway to valley wing with hop scotch is very creative. The rooms platform is abit too high though and the linkway to the shop mall would be ideal if it is fully covered.

Cosy place and near the Genting Sky Avenue mall. Good for families, but toilet a bit small and can be improved on privacy.

We booked the Quads room and everything is good, looking out to the greens everyday and the air is very good!
The room service came in every morning but there is some issue with the room service call at the night when the children vomited on the bedsheets..
Some Cons of the hotel:
1) there is no drinkable hot water to get unlike First World Hotel
2) Even though we are just right beside the Theme park, we still have to walk to the Skyavenue to get to the main entrance of the theme park
3) we stayed at the Valley wing, so we are not very near to the main lobby too.

2nd times staying . Room is big & clean, got a small balcony. Nice view from our room. The check-in is very slow even 3pm still has to wait for sms to inform whether the room is ready.
