The road to the hotel during the night can be dark, so you will need to drive with caution. Other than that, the hotel's cleanliness is decent and staff are friendly. Definitely recommended area to stay at Genting. There is a surcharge for RM 3 for a bottle of water, which was kind of a bummer as most hotels give out water for free.

Hotel is clean and the staffs are very friendly and helpful. My daughter enjoyed the swimming pool very much. Breakfast not so much of variety but acceptable. We have a great time and definitely will come back again. Highly recommended!!!

The location of the hotel is away from the mainroud and the surrounding area is quiet, so there is no noise at night. The rooms are clean and well equipped. The staff are friendly. The best part was the breakfast which a lot of choices, and the tastes are quite good. The only downside is that the rooms are not as well soundproofed. I was next door to a family with young children and heard a very noticeable noise in the noon, but it was quieter at night

The hotel is located in a very quiet area, which can be both a pro and a con. While the peace and tranquility were appreciated, the lack of street lamps along the way to the hotel made the journey feel a bit unsettling, especially at night. It’s definitely a secluded spot, so be prepared for limited nearby activities or dining options. The service at SCAPES Hotel was average. The staff were polite but not particularly attentive or proactive. Check-in and check-out were straightforward, but there wasn’t much warmth or effort to go the extra mile. It felt like a standard, no-frills experience in terms of hospitality. The hotel provided sufficient space and basic amenities, which were functional and met my needs. The room had the essentials, and the overall layout was comfortable. However, don’t expect anything luxurious or standout in terms of facilities. It’s a no-nonsense approach to accommodations. SCAPES Hotel is a decent option if you’re looking for a quiet, no-frills stay. However, the cleanliness issues and average service were notable drawbacks. The location might appeal to those seeking solitude, but the lack of lighting on the way to the hotel and the overall quietness might not suit everyone. With a few improvements, this hotel could offer a much better experience. Would I stay again? Possibly, but only if the cleanliness and service issues are addressed.

Overall considered good. Value for money as we have included breakfast. Kids love the playground and swimming pool 😆We took grab to genting theme park. Also very convenient!!

It’s was a nice stay although it was a bit hard to get garb there as not much drivers want to go that location no cafe no restaurant nearby and it’s construction everywhere the room floor was not cleaned
