Overpriced unit with foreign worker rental house standard.
Both units I booked are extremely dirty. It was a shame as all family members are complaining about the cleanliness and their bad experience. Floor was sticky, 4 water heaters malfunction, doors broken, kitchenware are terribly dirty, toilet rack full of dust and mould, and you can find out their funny diy rack. Wifi cannot use and the hilly place has poor reception. Their customer service was not responsive at all.
Funny part was, we were not allowed to check in early, thus we had to go to geo38 at 3pm and stuck in the long queue for an hour. By the time we got our key, it was almost 4.30pm. Be ready to waste your time there. There was a funny option for you to top up and “upgrade” and stay in geo38 to skip the long check in queue.
Car park wise, 1 unit 1 parking lot. The parking lot they arranged was so funny. We stayed in Tower 1 and Tower 2 but the parking lots we got were in Tower 3 haha. Get ready to drive very deep in to Tower 3 car park and walked a long way back and take lift from car park to level 1 and walk to your tower and take lift back to your unit. Good thing was we are able to request extra parking lot from the security guard.
I thought this price can get a matching standard stay but all of us were so disappointed. Overall, it was totally worthless and ruined our holiday mood. And after this I personally think that staying in genting hotels are better and can save more time than staying in any homestay in mid-hill. If you prefer to stay mid-hill, can consider other properties as Midhills is quite old. And maybe choose other operators rather than 7stonez. They just want to take your money without doing anything.
