Shuttle bus is ok and near to first world hotel. Room is spacious. Buy bus fare at hotel is rm7. online purchase for bus is rm6.
Customer service is good. Tower 2 ground is the checkin and check out counter.

Recommended for short trip gateway. The hospitality is very good starting from the lobby, smooth check in even though there are many people queuing. The complimentary service for hi tea and breakfast is superb. I am late for the last call hi tea they packed coffee and all the condiments for me. Nice view from my suites, can see GHPO and cable car from there.
The cons is that the lift is too slow and takes time during peak hours.

The environment is quiet, clean and tidy. It is very suitable for family outings. You need a car to go to the shops outside. It is quite convenient. There are new hotels being built nearby (blocking the scenery)  ~ But it is very happy to see the mountains and sunsets ~

Clean. Comfortable for family.
Only the view is a little less due to the construction next to the building. In terms of safety, there should be a grill on the wall mirror, very tall. If you want to play pool, you have to write your name, the guard will always look. Overall satisfied.

The owner answered the phone and responded to the message. The location is quite remote, because there are some construction sites near the apartment, which makes the road condition not good. Apart from the road, there are no major problems.

賈賈詩林Overall it was good. Love the view from my bed. I think the view is one of the best among all hotels in Genting. One little improvement that is essential is, the blanket is too warm. This blanket only works if Malaysia is snowing. I can’t sleep without blanket, however it’s too hot in this blanket and my sleep was poor despite having a comfy bed.

Very friendly staffs(from the receptionists to the restaurant staffs all friendly 😘
Location wise ( only RM7 grab taxi to GPO) maybe depends on time and demands
Good food 😋 especially breakfast buffet soo many choices 😋 also tried their kampung friendly rice,char kway teow special oxtail soup yummy 😋😋😋,
Pool was nice but wasn't able to swim coz it's very cold that time with sea clouds ⛅️
Also sooo many instagrammable views to capture when you are @ pool (you can also see the awana cable car & GPO from afar 😉

1. Economical for quad/sixer room.
2. Short walk to the mall.
3. There's a small playground at the lobby, kids love it.
4. Room with cute design.

1. Initially given a room at valley wing. A very long walk from the lobby, inconvenient with young kids n stroller.
2. No air-con. Gets very warm in the afternoon.
3. Sticky floor and dusty windows. Toilet smells.
4. Room size is quite small. Not enough place to put luggage and stuff.
5. No cupboard. No storage area.
6. No main door for washroom.
7. Thin walls, can hear people in next room or outside.
8. Not enough clothes hanger.
9. Quad room but only 2 towels, 2 tooth brush, 2 slippers etc.

AAnonymous UserWe drove to the hotel in the late afternoon. The parking area is lacking of signage, so it’s a bit confused to get to the right way to hotel lobby. When we got to the lobby, it took around 10 mins to check in which seemed to be acceptable.
Pros: Quite clean and spacious room, free WiFi access,strong shower water, free bottled water,free parking;service standard is on par; great view in the morning.
Cons: pitstop(snack store) has limited options compared to other convenience stores such as 7-11 or family marts;the lifts need to wait quite long time during peak hours; free WiFi takes long time to connect and the connection speed is not smooth to enjoy streaming services;hardrock cafe and rooftop garden and some other facilities are still not yet ready.

RRishhhhThe best hotel I have stayed in Melaka😍 the ultimate best I would say, hospitality top notch and cleanliness no words, very clean. I would appreciate the owner as he literally concerned about customers stay which included availability of parking as well. Snacks provided by them brought back all the child memories. Thank you again, will definitely come here again and highly recommended.

HHlnWith its price paid, the room is acceptable however the path to this room is very complex with so many towers around and lift is on service, it’s a maze for me!! The customer service is helping but with such experience, going there is like 15m spent

KKohthis trip book triple room, email to request for mountain view, and I really got it, just pay abit more, to book triple room, and it's much bigger and comfortable, upons arrival, just paid another 19 Ringgit, for ealry check in, get very clean room with mountain views, very happy with this trip stay, easy & fast check in, trip.com alwsys never fail me, will continue to book from trip .com, whenever I travel on free & easy. thank you trip.com and genting customer service. sorry forgot to take photo of the room, as in was excited with the mountain views.
