Popular Genting Highlands 4-star Hotels

Overall best stay as room is axactly like in the picture. But I don't know why reviews for breakfast is great, because my experience is bad. Few selection with average taste wise. Also staff should improve in how they refill the food. The food is finish at 9am and guest need to queue for refill which take up to 30 min per food, otherwise the refilled food will be gone in 5 min cause they just refill 1 small plate (dessert plate).

Great place for families! Staff are all super helpful and friendly. However, if you do have elderly who are not very mobile or very young kids, not recommended as you have to take a shuttle bus that comes every hourly to GPO to have dining and shopping options. Will be better to stay up at Genting Highlands for accessibility. Baby cot is also not the usual one for young babies. It is like a toddler bed with metal bars. So we ended up having to put 4 pillows all around it, haha. But rooms were great. Big and clean.

The room & toilet are clean. If you are going to book rooms at Midhills, remember to bring your slippers and toiletries because they don't provide that stuff. It's quite far from Genting Highlands and markets. I suggest you bring everything you need like food, drinks and snacks before you check in. The lights are grounded the reason when you turn it on, there will be a sparkling sound. There is also no cable on TV. The Aircon is not cooling. The smell of the room is some kind of weird. Please don't take my review as negative. By this, you can have room for improvement in the future.

Free unlimited filtered water, coffee and tea at reception.  Not too far fromGenting and close to various restaurants.  Rooms are big and spacious with balcony (we booked Delux King rooms) and there is option for joint rooms for families.  Beautiful clean swimming pool.  Beautiful fish pond with gold fish turtles frogs etc at hotel restaurant.

Pls stated Ur company list Infront of your counter or offices . I didn't receive any info on deposit payment because I've been checking with the info repeatedly before choosing any of the hotel or Airbnb pls stated UPFRONT . I have queue at one operator at first and spent sometimes on queuing and then when is my turn they said it's not under their operation so pls stated clearly who is whom room U are operating . During my check out time, I dunno Ur staff is being trained or not, I was the one she should attend at first but she attend other guest instead of me personally and the said didn't saw me just saw the person who direct to the counter?? What Ur eyes see only straight object is it????? . So frustrating ...overall the house is clean nice, good smell and nice facing open unit. . Thank you

1. First of all, if you can take a shuttle bus, you can order a shuttle bus with the housekeeper first. Because it is difficult to tell where to go by taxi. The price of the car at the first hotel is quite confusing. There are 25-40 quotations, and there is no shortage of customers. So if you want to save trouble, you can still book a ferry, 6RM per person. 2. Secondly, the location of the hotel is a hotel apartment. After arriving at the Grand Ion Delemen Hotel, you can ask the butler to pick you up, because the room was still a bit convoluted in the past. 3. The environment of the apartment hotel is still very good. It is a suite with a kitchen, water dispenser, refrigerator, washing machine, iron, TV, etc. There are also snacks to eat. I am mainly satisfied with the bathroom design, because there are clothes hooks and ventilation, and it is very convenient to change and wash. 4. Yunding may be because of the relationship between Yundu and actually can't see anything. It's all cloud and fog outside.

We recently stayed at Magtree Genting hotel, in room 2004, tower 4, and had a mixed experience overall. The hotel is generally okay, but there are a few areas that need improvement. Firstly, the bunk bed in our room seemed to be broken. When our children slept on it, the bed shook quite a bit, which was concerning. This issue needs to be addressed promptly, either by repairing or replacing the bunk bed to ensure the safety and comfort of future guests. Secondly, the cleanliness of the bathroom left much to be desired. It was not cleaned thoroughly, and this was quite disappointing. A higher standard of cleanliness is expected, especially in the bathroom area. As for the breakfast, it was just so-so. The selection was quite limited, with options such as fried noodles, fried rice, Nasi lemak, soup noodles, small sausages, fried eggs, roti canai, curry chicken and bread. However, there was no milk, cereal, or cake for the children. Additionally, we found that the creamer seemed to have been bitten by either a cockroach or a mouse, which was quite unappetizing. We have photos to support this observation. Overall, while the hotel is generally okay, there are significant areas that need improvement, particularly with the bunk bed, bathroom cleanliness, and breakfast quality. We hope these issues will be addressed to enhance the overall guest experience.

Ohayo Suite Midhill is very nice place to stay and room itself is very unique. It was such a pleasant and comfortable for our family to sleep well with all the accommodations provided. I would highly recommend this room for a stay in Genting Highland, if you plan to stay half way in Genting Highland particularly in Gohtong Jaya. We had so much fun staying in Ohayo Suite Midhill.💕

The water pressure from the shower is low, one of us had to shower cold water until we manage to figure out the water pump. The host sent their maintenance guy to fix the water pump the next day at 9am (when we were still sleeping). Couldn't find the AC remote, took us 30 minutes to final find it next to one of the beds. The kitchen sink was clogged and making noise. Parking is a hassle as it's open air and you need to park quite a distance if you get back late. It was raining when we arrived, so we were all soaked due to the open air parking. We called the host at 12am to ask about the water pressure, he was responsive and helped us (over the phone) to sort it out. Water pressure is still low, but I guess that's the ”normal” pressure. Room can fit 6 adults comfortably. Good sound proofing.
