One of the best locations on Seven Mile Beach located between the Ritz Carlton and Marriott. There is an iPhone in the unit which allows you to make local calls and receive calls from anywhere. The Complex: Laguna del Mar is unique – this Ocean edge condo boasts a much wider beach frontage than is normally offered, so the ample sitting/dining room area and master suite all offer expansive views of the beach and sea. This unit is a luxuriously equipped, three bedroom condo on the ground floor with direct beach access. There is a stunning infinity Cambia Quartz kitchen countertop, 146 bottle wine cabinet (bring your own wine!), 4 poster bed in the master suite and more. Two of the bathrooms have just been upgraded as of the end of 2019. If that is not enough room, you can also rent our sister unit next door which is also a full three bedroom unit (go to Property ID 586988). The master bedroom suite has a four poster king bed, panoramic views of the beach and ocean and direct access to the magnificent patio. The guest suite has a King bed and the 3rd bedroom has two doubles. Both these rooms have beautiful views over the tropical gardens and lake. All bedrooms have large "Smart" flat screen televisions and ample closet space. There is a 75 inch TV in the living room. A full range of cable channels and /or Apple TV are supplied as well as Wi-Fi internet access. The sitting room has a large, ultra-comfy brushed cotton sectional and a roomy arm chair. The kitchen area really is something to behold with its infinity Cambia Quartz topped island, 146 bottle Sub-Zero wine cooler, stove, oven and warming draw, stand alone ice-maker and reverse osmosis water filters (no need for bottled water) and top of the line cabinets and appliances. It is fully stocked with all possible equipment. You can dine at the Cambria quartz island in the kitchen area, at the huge dining table or outside on the fan-cooled patio. From the master bedroom and the sitting room you walk straight onto a screened patio with sectional seating, dining and sitting areas. From the patio cross the silky sand and 100 feet later you can plunge directly into the crystal clear Caribbean. (The beach area immediately outside the condos are private and well equipped with private chairs, umbrellas etc.). The patio, which runs the full width of the apartment, has a comfy sectional sofa and ottoman as well as a dining table that seats 8. The renowned Cayman sunsets are visible directly from the patio. A perfect place to sip your sundowner whilst watching the sun go down. Exit the front door and it is a one minute walk to the secluded palm fringed pool, and then walk over the bridge to the private island inhabited by hundreds of the famous Island Turtles eager to come out and say “Hi!” (hoping for some bread, of course!). The tennis court is at the end of the parking area. Parking is assured for you and your guests. Security: Report after report records the Cayman Islands as amongst the very safest in the Caribbean. Incredible home, impeccably kept. All modern amenities. Accommodating host. Beautiful grounds. Phenomenal, almost private beach right outside the porch, and beautiful, warm, aquamarine water. We swam, snorkeled, sun bathed every day. All kinds of beach toys, floats, paddle boards, coolers, floaties, and chairs available for use. Great restaurants nearby. Perfect vacation.

Paradise in Cayman The description and pictures do not do this property justice. Million dollar views. First floor allows for easy access to beach or pool. This is an amazing property, I would highly recommend. We will definitely be returning!!

Absolute perfection! The views are amazing and stepping right onto the beach from the unit was incredible. The unit was clean and well stocked. We even found candles for my daughter's birthday cake! The community was quiet and felt very private. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. We really couldn't ask for more!

Ultimate Cayman Stay Beautiful Condo and location on Seven Mile Beach. Owners have everything covered, so you just need to get there! You won't be disappointed-better than the photos! Great communication before and during stay!

Wonderful Stay for Spring Break This is a beautiful property with a great host. Check in was easy, the place was clean with high end finishes. The location is breathtaking, with just 2 steps down from the screened in porch your toes are in the sand. Tons of amenities from beach toys, to beach chairs and coolers, anything you need this unit has it!

7 Mile Rental This beach front condo was amazing and met all of our needs. It's very well stocked and in a perfect location. The host was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. We will definitely rent here again.

Everything we needed Extremely clean, well appointed property.Everything we needed was within an easy walk. We made great use of the paddle boards provided. John was available for any issues and made our stay extremely comfortable.

Wonderful Cayman Visit Fantastic! Beautiful location on the ground floor. Walk out into the beach. Immaculate condition and nicely provisioned with paper goods snd cleaning products. Very gracious host!
