Not bad for a condo based bnb. Check in and check out is all self service. Rooms are big and clean. Swimming pools need to improve as we saw guests just went in fully clothed. Otherwise is is a good stay

Negatives:
•The bidet at the lower floor is spraying everywhere when used.
•Unable to adjust the Aircon in my room.
•Cant really use the TV(no local channels), android box was not really useful as well.
Positives:
•Clear admin instructions prior to check in and out.
•Responses from customer service via whatsapp and tried to resolve my aircon issues promptly.
•Nice location with plenty of F&B options around.

The room is clean, every day requested toilet paper delivery as we have nine persons staying, very good service and prompt response.

The location is great. However, after the rain, there is a massive patch of water in the house. Also, the windows are dirty and needs cleaning.
