Staff were helpful and friendly, and the lobby was neat and was inviting. Room was spacious for one guest, and the AC was in perfect condition. The door was a bit difficult to master. The shared shower and toilet was not clean. The toilet bowl and shower was in the same space, and one sink was constantly leaking. Not too happy about that, though considering the price it is understandable. Located in walking distance of the ferry port and close to the Armenian street. Closest ATM is located in that street. In overall, I think this place is worth the money, and the friends I made during my one night stay made this stay worth it.

Reasonable price . Self service check in . No deposit requirement. Had provided Disposable toothbrushes . Located just in front . Located opposite Jetty Lee. Overall not bad .

Dear Sirs, This is to highlight, that your property show parking on the booking but provides none. Nearest parking cost RM30.00 per day. I checked in around 5pm. RM50.00 was collected for deposit. The room was facing street no 42 and very very noisy overnight with vehicle and honk. Sleepless night. Room needs upgrade. No cupboard. wallpaper peeling out. Floor with linoleum and strong smell. Bedsheet had red stain. Since I came back late about 230am, I couldn't get help to change. End up sleeping on top of the blanket. One has to climb 80 steps up and 80 steps down. Not recommended for elderly and ppl with knee issue. bad experience and overnight no sleep. I checkout at 10 am and went to another hotel. totally waste of money and nightmare. Please refund my money. The web photo and room has nothing in common.

it was a great experience and very clean. Although, I suggest to park near the hotel. There is a parking about 2 mins walk away from the hotel
