Cool and automated space , I don’t know if it’s me or the door . But I always had trouble with the passcode of front door .
Suggestion rather than a complaint . It’s ok if you don’t have a receptionist but atleast give a WhatsApp number that people can chat with for queries or info or requests

very basic and budget hotel. very good for solo traveller that only need basic service and sleep at a clean bedroom. very near the george town popular heritage location. near by bus stop and jetty ferry to butterworth. very good location.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities provided.
The staff （KAMRANKHAN）were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location is convenient, close to restaurants and public transport. Overall, a good value for the price. Would stay here again.

Great service, convenient to many food places and attractions. Kamran was very friendly and helpful. Clean hotel with very easy check in! Highly recommend for this price!
