+very clean, great WiFi and shower, have water dispenser on each floor, check in very smooth and fast, the staff is great too. AC is ok. Quiet place, have parking if you need.
- mattress is very strange, make sounds if you are moving:)😃 maybe they need to put topper, but sleep was ok overall. On the weekend is quite noisy from the corridor.

this hotel is very strategic. It is near every viral food in Penang. The best is the parking is foc and inside the hotel. the cleanliness is vey good.

Hotel parking is limited
Location is good and is a busy area
Room is clean, there is water dispenser located at hall way, the only thing missing is the hair dryer, need to borrow from counter and return in the same day.

Been staying at this hotel for years but this trip, was given a small room for 2 single beds. Disappointing. It's a room just for guests to lie down to sleep. No space to move freely.
