Good experience and lovely, friendly staff. Only thing of note would be to ensure you are happy with the dates you pick before making a booking through trip as trying to modify the dates is very very time consuming and difficult. Better to book directly with the hotel itself for those unsure of the dates they pick. Otherwise a beautiful hotel

A very enjoyable experience with some of the best decor of any boutique hotel, not just in Asia. The staff went out of their way to make our stay pleasant and make us feel special. The hotel lacks decent gym facilities and the pool needs a mid-height front privacy wall to separate it from the street, but otherwise, it is fabulous. The food is good to very good and the international wine list is broad and well balanced in price and variety. And, the first drink on the house each evening helps settle you in for the evening after a hard day's trekking around Georgetown.
Much to be liked. Recommended vs any cookie-cutter hotel for the same price.

Spent a night here in MM Hotel, fast check in process, the lady staff is very polite and helpful. It is a well kept heritage building, everything is good, the food served by the cafe is very delicious. Last but not least there is a wine lounge offers variety of wines. I will definitely visit here again soon.

The environment is beautiful, the air is fresh, and the smoke-free environment is very good. The furnishings everywhere are very elegant.
The facilities are relatively complete, and the traditional Western hotel model. The room is very spacious and beautiful, suitable for tourists who like European architecture.
The transportation is relatively convenient, not far from the mural street area, but not in the core area of ancient buildings, and the conditions are much better than the hotels in the core area. There are convenience stores, pharmacies, and restaurants nearby.
The sanitary conditions are good and cleaned on time every day. There are free drinks every evening in the bar area, which may be limited to women. There are snacks every day, and the mini bar is free, but I don’t have much time and stomach to enjoy it, haha.
The service is quite thoughtful, and effective information can be provided, such as banks, more cost-effective currency exchange areas, commercial areas, etc.
There was a little episode when I checked in, and the front desk guy was very good. He gave me advice and chatted with me, which comforted me when I was tired and troubled.
In general, it is very good. If I have the opportunity to go to Penang again, I will consider staying here.

The manor is very beautiful and distinctive, the bedding is clean, the service is thoughtful, the breakfast is delicious, and we stayed for two nights. There were drinks in the bar every night, which was very atmospheric and there were resident singers.
