The exterior of the hotel is really heritage looking and British style. Do have complimentary parking which share with another 2 hotels. The rooms is consider clean, shower room and washroom consider clean too. Jz a bit dusty on the TV remote control. Location wise is pretty good as walking distance to eateries and nearby to Pengkalan Weld. Opposite the hotel have a cafe,no worries on food and drinks.

Really love how clean the hotel and the room is. Furnitures in the bed room and bathroom area is so well maintained and super clean as if newly open. The bed is comfy with good aircon temperature. The water and drainage system works perfectly. The breakfast is good and the staff during the breakfast is very keen to help do the waffle.
The location is also great. I can walk out and face cute cafes and bars across the street. Around the block is the area full of historical buildings. The hotel is walkable to popular street like Armenian street, promenade and center of George town.
The only comment is it would be very good to have small sofa in the room next to the bed. With the non standard room type with more usable space, it’s better to add something extra to the room.
But overall is very good stay!

The hotel is located near tourist attractions and great local food spots, with very convenient transportation. The staff are lovely, kind, and provide excellent service. The room was clean and nicely decorated, and all other areas of the hotel were also spotless.
I’ll definitely come back again!

Clean and Comfortable Rooms: The rooms are described as spacious, with comfortable beds.
Great Location: Situated close to the Jetty, bus terminal where I can ride Penang Free Bus (CAT) and various shops and restaurants.
Value for Money: The hotel offers good value for the price, especially considering its amenities and location.

My second time with this hotel. The only issue I have with this hotel is its narrow ramps in the hotel parking. If your car is too big, you may need to be extra careful so as not to scrape the side of your car
I would like to suggest that the hotel sticks rubber at the side of the ramps so as to reduce the scrapping (damage) to the bigger cars.

Car park : not so convenient as you need to validate your tng card at the reception to waived off the parking fee every time before you go out from the hotel.
Location: walk 8-10mins to the chew jetty and Penang street art.
Room: big room and clean, deluxe room is just at level 1 facing the road and Boston cafe is abit noisy in the midnight when car pass by. Toilet is spacious and I love the rain shower!
