Very lousy experience staying there. Room smells of mold, very moldy smell. Pillow, blankets mattress all had a ver strong smell. Overall experience is bad. Not recommended.

Stayed in the single room (without a window) for 4 nights and it was a great base. Staff were OK - I'm sure they would have been friendly if you needed anything! The location is brilliant and walking distance to everything you need. Only took around 40 minutes at most in a grab to get to the airport. My only downside to this hotel is the steepness of the ladder to get up to the bed and the bed was as solid as a rock (which seems to be very common here in Malaysia). The best was so hard I had to sleep on the duvet and on any clothes i could to make it softer. The ladder would not be suitable for certain people and I struggled with my fear of heights getting up and down!
