I mistakenly book the date a day after my arrival and the receptionist guide me to modify my booking by cancelling and replacing with new booking. The staff is very helpful and I love the buttermilk rice served for breakfast. ❤️❤️

Nice and clean room. I choose triple room. The room is very big.
Breakfast is okay. Located outside (at the courtyard) which is for me very relaxing. Breakfast staff is very kind.
Receptionist also kind and helpfull.
Definitely will stay again when visiting Penang.

room smelt damp but very spacious which was needed as we were travelling as a family - issue with lighting which maintenance came to fix in a timely manner despite it being night time

The hotel provided an amazing experience with its excellent accommodations, cozy rooms, and great amenities. My husband and I really enjoyed our two-day stay. However, one thing that could be improved is the housekeeping service. Unfortunately, no one came to clean our room during our stay, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, it's a lovely place, but ensuring consistent housekeeping would make the experience even better!!

This place is a gem, very affordable and stacked right in the centre of Georgetown , nearby to all the major tourist landmarks.
A very spacious, clean room.. a great stay for 3 of us, each having a separate, executive room..
will definitely come back..
