1. Little to no water running in the bathroom . Made it almost impossible to shower. Ridiculous. 2. If you need anything at night (even a bottle of water) they won't sell it to you. 3. Room furniture is extremely old. 4. There is a bad smell in the rooms. 5. Pool is disgusting, hasn't been properly cleaned in a long time. 6. Food at the restaurant takes forever to come. They take the order and then come 30 minutes later to tell you "it's not available". Totally unacceptable. 7. Rooms are full of mosquitoes. 8. Considering all this, the rate they charge per night is extremely high. This hotel does not meet international standards in any way.

The room needs major improvements (the refrigerator, microwave and furniture are old). Low pressure water which does not allow constant flow when taking a bath, sometimes there is water interruption. Mosquitos get inside the room, take insect repellent as this gets worse outside. The food at the restaurant is good and the staff is very friendly.

O hotel é antigo, precisa de algumas reformas. Estive em um quarto que estava com vazamento no teto após chuvas, e chuveiro com fluxo de água muito ruim. Solicitei a troca e fui para um quarto acima da recepção que era melhor. Staff amigável. Comida do restaurante em geral é boa, assim como café da manhã. Não usei a piscina, mas parecia boa, vi outros hóspedes usando à noite. O preço por noite não é razoável, mas em Georgetown os preços das diárias estão acima do que se pode chamar de razoável (exemplo: Marriott a 500-600 usd/noite, podendo chegar a 800 em períodos de temporada de cricket, isso nos quartos mais simples).
