Pessima esperienza, personale rigido e ostile. Questo non porta vantaggio in un mondo in cui vi è tanta concorrenza. I clienti andrebbero perlomeno accolti e capiti, soprattutto quelli educati e tranquilli. Camere modeste, insonorizzazione non impeccabile.

Je ne comprends pas les avisde certains , j'y suis passé en juillet et août 2024, 2 nuits, 2 chambres différentes et j' ai trouvé cet hôtel formidable de confort et de propreté, le personnel parle français et est très sympathique, les petits déjeuners copieux et les places pour garer sa voiture très larges.Je n'ai rien trouvé de négatif et j'y retournerai l'année prochaine pour faire deux haltes comme cette année pour couper mon trajet de vacances en deux. Un grand merci à tout le personnel

Hôtel qui peu paraître "beau", grâce au photo mais qui le n'est pas du tout ! Les photos sont retouché, seul l'accueil est moderne... Les chambres et les couloirs sont plus que vieillot. Taches sur la moquette dans les couloirs. Ascenseurs qui peut contenir seulement 2 personnes, et PAS DU TOUT moderne ! Chambre pas très accueillante, seulement la salle de bain a était refaites à neuf... Et encore.. lumière au dessus de l'évier qui ne fonctionne plus. Ménage à revoir. Sans parler du fait que ce n'est pas du tout isolé !! Nous entendons la télé de nos voisins, quand ils parlent, et nous avons eu des voisins du dessus avec un chien (cela ne me dérange en aucun cas) mais nous entendons ses griffes dès que celui ci marchait. De plus, le parking souterrain et fermé par une grille à code, mais la porte du garage reste TOUT le temps ouverte... Je ne conseil pas si vous souhaitez y rester plusieurs jours ou semaines.

Die Rezeption kapiert nichts. Di Reservation wurde storniert und bestätigt. ABER es wurde meine VISAcard belastet. Reklamiert, aber es kommt nichts zurück. X-mal geschrieben und nur blöde Antworten. Ich rate von Buchungen ab! Es gibt nur Probleme.

Siamo stati in questo hotel per motivi di lavoro. La struttura è abbastanza piccola, ma carina. Il parcheggio, non comodissimo, da un valido aiuto per lasciare l'auto in un posto sicuro. Qualche stanza non offre proprio una vista meravigliosa. Però era tutto pulito, il servizio era gentile e la colazione buona.

Ne vaut certainement pas un 4 étoiles. Petit dej correct . Il est dommage d’être en Italie et de ne pas avoir un vrai café. Parking payant avec bornes de recharges pour véhicules électriques… mais malheureusement nous n’avons pas réussi à les faire fonctionner. Chambres à rénover, surtout les radiateurs… il faisait très très chaud avec le chauffage à fond à notre arrivée alors que 28 degrés dehors. Salle de bain rénovée et très très propres.
