Hotel manager is really rude. Didn’t even let me have my breakfast first before complaining about smoking in the room without even knowing we couldn’t smoke. Very expensive and is not big deal. I ended up paying 100 euros extra in fines.

Stopped totally per chance on a day trip to Getxo - was tempted by the menu in the window! Wow wow wow - Fabulous Menu del día. Wonderful food, cooked beuautifully, excellent service and sumptuous and beautiful surroundings. All for €30 per person. Fantastic.

We stayed here for three nights in Mid September and our stay was wonderful. We opted to book a suite and we were so glad we did. Room 10 was spacious and filled with light. It’s also the only room in the whole hotel that has a balcony that can fit chairs and overlooks the sea. Gorgeous! We are at the restaurant the first night here and it was fantastic. The best octopus we have had in Spain this trip. The hotel is close enough to walk to town, but also tucked away enough to feel out of the chaos. Would totally recommend this place for a romantic stay.

Un lugar muy bonito, hemos estado comiendo en el restaurante del hotel y todo un acierto, comida fabulosa, la atención perfecta, los salones chulos, la verdad me encanto este lugar, sin dudarlo es muy recomendable, antes de pasar a comer estuvimos tomando un aperitivo en los jardines con esas preciosas vistas a la ría con un día de sol, expectacular

Hoy he disfrutado en compañía de mi mujer el menú degustación que le tocó en un sorteo del restaurante Embarcadero. De diez! Tanto la calidad del menú como la atención , ubicación de la mesa y amabilidad del servicio.En este caso nos atendieron Xabi e Isma( profesionales de primera). Sin duda es una apuesta segura y seguiremos celebrando como hasta ahora acontecimientos importantes de nuestra vida. Muchas gracias al equipo del embarcadero y a la directora Bárbara por obsequiarnos con este regalazo !! Hasta pronto

Falta de empatía, flexibilidad y trato rígido. Únicamente les importa hacer dinero a costa de cualquier cosa. Después de un malentendido con mi reserva, el hotel se mostró completamente inflexible, a pesar de que la situación podría haberse resuelto con algo de comprensión y flexibilidad. Lo más sorprendente fue la falta de comunicación proactiva por su parte. No recibí ni un simple intento de contacto para confirmar si me presentaría, lo cual podría haber evitado esta situación. Lamentablemente, la respuesta del subdirector, Xavier Caballero, fue totalmente desconsiderada y careció de cualquier muestra de empatía. En lugar de tratar de entender ambas posiciones y buscar una solución razonable, se limitó a culpar al cliente sin mostrar ningún interés en encontrar una alternativa.En mi opinión, este tipo de actitud refleja una grave falta de tacto y profesionalismo, características esenciales en un sector como el hotelero. Es una pena que, en lugar de valorar a los clientes y su lealtad, se priorice exclusivamente el aspecto económico sin consideración alguna. La falta de flexibilidad y empatía en una situación tan sencilla ha dejado mucho que desear. Espero que, al menos, esta experiencia les sirva para reflexionar y mejorar en el trato hacia los huéspedes.

Hotel precioso, personal muy amable, desayuno bueno en cafetería, habitación con terraza y vistas al mar preciosa. Un pero, el baño, muy bonito pero para mi le faltaba algo de luz, aunque el pero no va por la luz, sino por la zona de bañera, incómoda y peligrosa en la entrada y salida. Yo pensaba en cualquier persona mayor y seria complicado que entrarán a darse una ducha. Bajo mi punto de vista sería algo a reformar. Por lo demás aconsejable. Por cierto, la terraza del jardín preciosa
