Hotel excelente con mucho encanto, a destacar, el trato recibido por parte del personal resolviendo dudas y orientando en todo momento, la limpieza de las instalaciones, la comodidad de las estancias y la ubicación con zonas para pasear y disfrutar del lugar.

El hotel está muy deteriorado. La habitación tenía unas arañas muertas pegadas a la pared. Pedía que las quitaran, pero nada. La ducha muy pequeña. La puerta del baño no cerraba y las ventanas tampoco ajustan bien. Desde que hice la reserva, solicité una habitación al interior que da a un jardín. Oscar, la persona encargada no hizo ningún esfuerzo por intentarlo. Es más, fue bastante desagradable y cuando hice el check out y pagué, me gritó e increpó. No recomiendo este hotel para nada. Una pena, porque está en un sitio muy bueno y la atención anteriormente era estupenda.
