From Asturias. The room was comfortable. Warming welcome at reception and breakfast. Special dedication to Sergiu and Enya. At breakfast they have everything you can imagine, so is better if you wake up in a hungry mood hehehehe. Au top l'hôtel, propre. Merci pour la gentillese d' Enya et Sergiu. Hautement recommandable!

Lovely hotel with a fabulous breakfast buffet. Clean, warm and friendly place to stay. Enya was a bright host at breakfast time. Well worth the cost with a bistro and fine dining just next door. Immediate access to the beach too! Getxo is a charming town.

Excellent hotel, wonderful staff , so helpful and friendly and accommodating! My fifth time staying and I get the same excellent service every time . I travel now with two dogs and it’s one of the best hotels for pets . The added touches for pets are such a treat for the dogs as much as their owners. Rooms are lovely and spotlessly clean and the balcony’s overlooking the Ereaga beach are superb. Breakfast is excellent. Can’t recommend this hotel enough. Thank you again

Rooms are comfortable, clean and quiet, with great views if facing beach side, staff kind and gentle. Came with my dog as well which got treated like an absolute queen by all members of the staff, providing a mat and treats for the doggie. Would also like to appreciate Enya and Maria for their kindness when dealing with our enquiries

The outside façade needs some updating, but the rooms are nice and new, the view (if you get sea view) is really nice, and the staff is super friendly. There are not many places nearby to have breakfast early in the morning, but the hotel breakfast is worth it, with many different and homemade options.

Ekaitz attended us Phenomenal He helped us at all times A very good experience. This hotel is in a wonderful location with fantastic views of the sea and beach. It is also very well connected to Bilbao, a welcoming city where people eat and drink at a high level.
