Worst hotel ever. Stained pillows, sheets and walls. Wall fittings and floor was falling apart. Air conditioning control in the room didn't work. Couldn't switch off lights during the night. Lots of noise from adjoining rooms and corridor until 3am. Booked for a few nights based on good reviews but ended up leaving after the first night. All the good reviews are fake reviews.

The hotel is not made for business people, as you have to be patient. Music and screaming until the wee hours of the morning as weddings take place at the hotel. I had to call the reception several times because in the room they continued with loud music and shouting and what they told me was because there were people who had come to the wedding and to top it off very bad service for dinner and more at breakfast because there were not enough staff to attend. The only good thing that the few people who had to serve were friendly.

Stayed at Radisson Blu Kaushambi for a 14 days and honestly, it was a great experience. The rooms were clean, spacious, and super comfortable. What really stood out was the staff—they were genuinely warm and helpful, always checking in if everything was okay. The food was delicious, especially the buffet which had a lot of variety. I also made good use of the gym and pool during my stay. Overall, it was a smooth and comfortable experience.

I’d especially like to thank Akanksha for her exceptional service and friendly attitude. She was always welcoming and ensured everything was well taken care of. Overall, a great experience!

Unsatisfactory! Loud music in the hotel throughout the night makes impossible to sleep. Staff are well trained to Simply ignore and make fake replies to the repetitive complaints. Key card fails to work and its very irritating standing in the lobby waiting for the person to set it right. Not worth spending money in this hotel if you need a comfortable stay.
