I forgot to take a pair of expensive glasses after checking out, and I called the front desk immediately. The front desk said they would contact the cleaning staff and never called me back. Later I contacted the front desk again, and the front desk asked me to send an email. The service attitude was poor and unwilling to provide assistance... Later I called again the next day and learned that they didn't find it. I am very sure I left it in the hotel room. So everyone must be careful about anything left in the hotel room. They may not provide you with assistance and have no intention of returning it to you. Very bad experience...

Opposite the City Hall, the location is very good. It was still under renovation when I went there during the National Day in 2024. You can basically walk to all the attractions. The front desk is very nice, and the WiFi can be upgraded to premium for free.

A good hotel, suitable for business and travel. The hotel is in a good location, with the Ghent Belfry just outside, and close to several other major attractions. The breakfast is rich, and there is free water and capsule coffee in the room. There is a very complete independent bathroom, but Ctrip specifically states that there is no independent bathroom. I don't know why?
