The resort set on a 30 acres of land with a mesmerizing palm trees lined oasis oozes tranquility, beauty in the Sahara desert. The rooms are individually built and apart for quietness and privacy are very clean, immaculately arranged and large suites. It is a must stay resort in Douz. Breakfast is great and caters to all diet. Lunch and dinner menu is tastefully served. Spa is amazing and large complex and clean.

The residence hotel its a hole experience ! that take you to a Sahara vibes surrounding by palms and olives trees, unique architecture enhances the tunisian history… Very welcoming stuff , a strong management skills by mr khalifa who take care of all guests .. The food is delicious the service on point ! This hotel must be on your check list 👌🏼

We visited this hotel with friends that came to Tunisia for the first time. I hav to admit I was really impressed by the hospitality and the quality of services this hotel provided. The food service guy (Mr khelifa) was particularly accommodating to my husband and friends. We will be def coming back to this hotel- The spa is a must try! Tip- they use clarins products!!! The best place to rest after a long Sahara tour ;) Highly recommend!

Amazing resort and wonderful friendly staff. Very kind people. Breakfast is the best I’ve ever been served, amazing, freshly made orange, lime and strawberry juice, different pastries, eggs any way you like them, freshly cut fruit, freshly made crepes, the list goes on. Kalifa the manager was also very kind and helpful. We had a late checkout and they let us use the pool etc until we had our pickup to go on an excursion into the desert (quad was so much fun with a driver called Ali), they also went to lengths that we could leave our luggage and car there, they were tops at service. The next day we came to pick up our stuff, they let us charge our phones and gave us a complimentary drink made with dates, was delicious. The resort is very peaceful and the rooms are very spacious and clean. You can call reception and someone comes in a golf buggy (Safar was very friendly driver) to drive you to the restaurant or spa area. We had treatments at the spa also. A beautiful spa it is, we had free use of the hammam area, the gym and the indoor pool. A beautiful place to relax

This hotel was amazing. The villas were so spacious and beautiful. The entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Housekeeping did such a great job and our minibar was always stocked and our room was very clean Béchir was so kind and very helpful during our stay. He made us feel like a valued guest. Thank you Bechir. We would definitely come back to this amazing hotel. Khalifa, the restaurant manager was also so nice and very helpful. We always felt very welcomed when we came to the restaurants. The service and food was very good! Thank you to Khalifa and the entire hotel staff for everything.

Calm ambiance, beautiful views, comfortable rooms with super cozy beds, the place is perfect for an escape. Room Service is impeccable, the staff is extremely friendly and proactive, the food is great! Definitely Visiting again 💯 P.S don't miss out on the night walks.

This hotel was amazing .The rooms where big and clean. The staff was super friendly and careing. A big shout out to Khalifa the Restaurant Manager who organizes amazing food. The hotel also offers amazing Trips like riding a quad through the Sahara during the sunrise .Over all I highly recomend this hotel.
